I was a lifelong patient of Dr. Goldfeder and now Dr. Rassier as he took over Dr. Goldfeder's practice after his retirement. Maybe Dr. Goldfeder just set the bar too high, but Dr. Rassier's bedside manner is poor and unprofessional at best. The entire two minutes he spent in the exam room with me during my appointment was spent talking with his assistant about another employee and their need to hurry up and close the office. I waited 30+ minutes after my appointment time for my eye exam to barely be acknowledged and rushed out.
