Dr. Friedman saw my husband immediately this morning with an eye injury. He and staff went above and beyond to get us into a more specialized office that could diagnose whether or not he had a retinal detachment. Took 3 tries to find an office open with an available appt but they did it, we were very happy with Dr. Friedman's care, getting on & off the phone to describe my husband's situation to each office they tried, and helping us get taken care of. They are old school, but in a great way, with that level of personalized service and care. Couldn't be happier with their help and referral to a great office Associates in Eye Care of Springfield for continued care. No detachment was found, and he's on the road to recovery thanks to Dr. F and the above office's excellent care. Very happy and thankful for Dr. F and his office staff, beyond wonderful.

Dr Friedman is an excellent eye doctor and very thorough as well . If you are looking for a excellent eye doctor Dr Friedman is the one!

Dr. Friedman has been my eye doctor for almost 20 years. I love that he is so flexible when it comes to pricing and other options. He really works with his clients and puts their best interest first. He is also conveniently located right off the NJ Parkway.

Charged $100 a new patient fee, some other fees that should be included in the standard exam. I Came on time but had to wait and also I was not only one patient for that time slot so I had to wait for him to check on the other patient as well. The receptionists r unprofessional, I told them I only have one insurance that u can charge instead they "sneak" behind my back and charged my regular insurance for some noncence. Overall he max out my insurances basically "milked" what he could. be careful when u look at your insurance in-network doctors. You can easily get something like that unfortunately.

Had to call to get some information on my prescription as I have relocated, and spoke with Stacy. She was so sweet and informative and went above and beyond in helping answer my questions. When I ordered glasses a year ago, everyone in the office helped me pick frames and made me feel comfortable and informed! Love this place!

My family has been going to Dr Freidman since he was located next to Bradlees. That was almost 30 years ago. The staff is always so helpful and kind. As long as I need eye care, I will keep going and recommending everyone to Dr Freidman and his staff.

I'm giving this eye doctors office zero stars. I had an appt and they had me wait 45 mins I left before being seen. So who knows how long they would have had me waiting. The first time I came there they had be wait 25 mins. I always try to be understanding so I thought it was a one time thing. But no it keeps happening. While I'm waiting the doctors talking to a patient while they check out. Telling them how he isn't going to charge them an office visit and he's suppose to every time they visit. That they are getting a 20 dollar discount. As I'm sitting in the waiting room. Then I see him bring the patients wife back. I have a very young face so sometimes places think I'm still young and have time but no I don't. This is a horrible way to treat customers. I would not recommend anyone coming here.

Welcoming staff, nice doctor, overall good experience. They accepted my insurance, minimal wait time, and the doctor chose contacts that was within my budget!
