The doctor was very thorough and helped me. I possibly had some debris in my eye that made a small cut in the eye. The doctor carefully examined and cleaned my eye. She also prescribed a helpful medication for my eye and I see much improvement after the visit. I am grateful for this doctor.

Dr. Polakoff was knowledgeable and helpful. She diagnosed erosion (not abrasion) of my eye and put on a bandage lens for 3 days while the eye was healing plus antibiotic and moisture drops. She is a new doctor in my ophthalmologist's practice, and I would go to her again.

Was super impressed with this office!! From the front desk staff to the technicians to the doctor, it was a great experience. They made sure all my documents were in order prior to my visit, I was taken in in a timely manner, they were communicative throughout the testing and wait times. The doctor followed up by phone same day to discuss further findings and to get me scheduled with the next specialist. Very professional and great customer care!

She completed her optometrist education at SUNY College of Optometry in New York City.
