Had a great experience! The doctor is thorough, patient and truly an expert in the field. Felt very comfortable. The receptionist was accommodating (I hit a bit of traffic, she made it work). I've been going for years and will continue to be a patient here! Definitely recommend

We had an appt and I spoke with the manager Erica who said it was okay if we showed up 20 minutes late to our appt because it was the day before the holiday and bad weather, she said it was okay. Then she decided to speak with the dr to confirm after the fact and let me know when we were 5 minutes away that the dr would like us to reschedule, she as a manager should've checked with the dr first before telling us otherwise, not only that but she got loud, aggressive and rude about it, extremely unprofessional. Please stay away from this office! My annual exam is always covered by vision plan, however, they sent bill to both medical plan and vision plan in order to get extra money. Then my prescription turned out to be wrong, went back for prescription update/correction, was told it was free due to their fault. But they billed my medical plan again as they claimed this re prescription is medical and they should get paid. Shame on you!

Had a great experience with Dr. Kim! She had excellent bedside manner and patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions and concerns. Very happy with the visit! I look forward to being a returning patient.

Dr Kirsch was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable for my first visit. He asked me questions, listened to my concerns, and explained to me in plain terms, the results of my eye exam. His staff was very friendly, courteous, and knowlegable. I only wish I would have found him sooner!

The staff was extremely friendly and Dr. Kirsch was great with my autistic teen. I'm so glad I decided to go with this office for his first eye exam. He made him feel really comfortable and took the time to explain everything he needed to do in order to complete the exam.

Dr. Kirsch is attentive, asks questions and listens to answers. He is very much on point and knows what he's doing. I never have felt rushed during an appointment. All of the various staff members in his office are friendly, helpful, and know what they're doing. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Kirsch is a great eye Dr. I'm VERY particular about the Drs I chose for myself and my family. Dr. Kirsch takes care of my entire family's eye care. His demeanor and attitude fits all the needs of my family He's thorough, kind, soft-spoken and informative. He doesn't just care about your eye health but your overall health. I LOVE the staff!!!! It's not often you find a good Dr AND great office staff but this office DEFINITELY has both!!!! They're kind, SUPER helpful, extremely personable and it's a pleasure doing business with them. No attitudes what so ever or acting as if they are doing you a favor or you're inconveniencing them with questions!!!!! My only critique would be that they do need to increase the inventory of their glasses, they used to have a lot more at their previous location so maybe they'll get more soon since they haven't been in their new location that long. The glasses they do have are really nice so I still gave 5 stars!! Besides, for some, too many options for an indecisive person could be difficult, lol.
