Used to be one of the best places to go for Eye care, but recently they have been terrible at fulfilling any sort of orders. Lenses take months to come in, glasses that should take a "few days" get delivered to the wrong office and you have to wait a month, phones don't get answered...
The doctors and the practice is great and you're in good hands, but you're better off making glasses and contacts from scratch than ordering from here.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Canuto. She is incredibly patient and knowledgeable and a great listener. Not only did she immediately resolve an issue with my eyes, but she also took the time to educate me thoroughly on different treatment options. The nurses, Amanda and Francesca, were also very helpful. The office has advanced equipment that was able to show me my dry eye situation right away.

I am incredibly grateful to have found such a skilled, knowledgeable, and professional optometrist as Dr. Schlussel. His office in West Orange, NJ, provides a welcoming and pleasant environment, and his staff is exceptional--always accommodating, understanding, and highly professional. I was diagnosed with meibomian gland dysfunction in March 2023, and under Dr. Schlussel's care, I began IPL treatment. After a full year of treatment, my eyes feel better than ever. Since July 2024, I have been in the maintenance phase and diligently follow all of Dr. Schlussel's recommendations to ensure continued eye health.
