Don't buy into the IPL for dry eyes. They hold you to the committed schedule(which is important). However, if the doctor travels or takes off, there is no regard to be off schedule. Its a pricey investment. The office moved my appt around. There was no follow up. Felt like a money grab with no concern of the actual intent of the procedure. Extremely disappointing.

Doctor and staff are professionals, carefully processing through each phase of the visit - listening well, asking questions to clarify, thoroughly answering patient questions - all with a great attitude. No surprises during visit from charges to what to expect for each part of the exam - doctor and staff are straightforward and patient. Office atmosphere is upbeat and positive. Highly recommend.

Dr. Clancy squeezed us in as new patients the same day due to the discomfort he was having and his need to see an ophthalmologist. Great doctor! He takes his time to listen to your concerns. He doesn't over exaggerate your condition which can affect your mood and quality of life. I highly recommend him to everyone. You wouldn't find better than him. He's a real Doctor not like other physicians who run their office as business only and forget that the role of a doctor is to help the patients and not to only try to make more money.
