Dr. Alvarez was extremely kind and thorough. After I got my new prescription, I was getting headaches every afternoon. I was seen for a re-examination at no cost and she took the time to explain to me the possible reasons I could be getting headaches and what my options were. I decided to get 2 separate pairs of eyeglasses, one for reading/studying/computer work, and another for driving. The staff was very kind and professional, and gave me the exact form that I needed to file a claim for my insurance, and it was pre-signed in the right area. Yes, this office can run behind in their appointment times, but when YOU are the one that needs a little extra time, you will appreciate it!
