Truly recommend Blink!! Dr. Irons and her staff are great. There was a slight issue with scheduling and their management team went above and beyond to see me that day. My first time trying contacts and after multiple trial attempts, Marinda and Viriana were extremely helpful and reassuring.. Marinda has even gone above and above to follow up to ensure the comfort of my trial contacts. And Virana was helpful in helping me remove my contacts!! (yes, I needed assistance).

The Blink team has made my glasses and contact lens experience great! Kim, the receptionist, always greeted me with a smile. I have a challenging contact lens prescription, and Marinda really stood out -- she helped me and advocated for me until I was truly satisfied with my vision. She did this with the help of Viviana as well. Overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend to any fellow glasses wearer.

I recently visited Blink and had an outstanding experience with Dr. Irons. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by reception desk. What impressed me most was the thoroughness of her examination. In my 20 years of wearing glasses and contacts, I'd never encountered a professional who asked such detailed, thoughtful questions about my eye health and lifestyle. She took the time to address all my concerns, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand without feeling rushed. It's clear she genuinely cares about her patients' long-term vision and well-being. This was the first eye exam where I left feeling fully informed and confident in the health of my eyes. This place was a really great place to go for my glasses and my children. The past few contact orders have been bad service. Just last week I called on Tuesday asked for trial pair contacts for my son and the lady I spoke to said we'll get that ordered for you and it'll be here by Thursday. I called Thursday morning and asked what the status was on the contacts so I can make arrangements for a 2 hour drive. They tell me its should be here by 11. So I called at 11 and they tell me theres nothing. All the calls I was making theyre attitude changed telling me we'll call YOU. Called again Friday and same thing l, we'll call you. Called again Monday still no info other than we'll call you. Came Tues I called and asked for our prescriptions, ordered online and got the contacts in 2 days. Each time we go foe our exams I pay out of pocket ranging from 3-$500.00 and get this treatment. I cancelled our order and got no apologies or explanations. Not even a call to tell us there was an issue with the shipment. Very disappointed.

Don't let the nice appearance of the building trick you. You will be treated as a number here. There is an underlying tone of impatience and irritability among staff and a direct tone of impatience with the Irons. All the eyeglass frames and lenses are very overpriced here. I never thought I would be leaving a negative review of Blink but the veil has worn thin and their true colors have showed.

This is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. I've been going to Dr irons since I was 7 and had to leave for insurance reason but went back once accepted again. She looks out for your best interest and has caught Retna detaching. Antoinette is a great help as well.

We love Blink eye care! My daughter and I just went Monday for our annual exams. Excellent, professional, and courteous staff and Dr. Irons is the best and really listens to your concerns and answers all your questions. See you next year!!
