Dr. Casey and his entire team are absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed and taken care of. Everyone is genuinely kind, patient, and easy to talk to. Dr. Casey is excellent at diagnosing and treating dry eye and he uses the most advanced technology available. He offers the full Trifecta which includes IPL, LLLT, and MiBoFlo. As a patient, you can expect real dry eye relief, often even on the same day. And as you continue your treatment sessions, you may also notice your skin improving. These treatments stimulate collagen and elastin, so while the main goal is healthier, more comfortable eyes, you also get the bonus of natural skin rejuvenation. I have not seen an Optometrist for quite some time as my previous Optometrist retired. Dr. Casey was new to me. I was there for a general eye exam. I thought he was extremely thorough, professional, and friendly. He had offered glasses and contact lenses that I have never been offered before. I had called back the next morning with a few questions and Dr. Casey called me back himself in about ten or twenty minutes and answered all my questions. Approximately a week later, I was fitted for contact lenses. His office is clean and professional, his staff is friendly and professional, and the office seems to run on time. I am very pleased with this office and we'll continue my eye care here.

LOVE THIS PLACE. Everyone was very kind and personable. Very easy to talk to. Manny was efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. He was also very kind and even made me a coffee to go for after. Dr. Casey was very professional, and clearly good at his job. He explained things in great detail and answered all my questions. The visit was incredibly smooth from start to finish. The facilities were clean and everyone was very child friendly as well. Plan to go back as long as we live in ABQ.

Outstanding staff! Overwhelmed by how nice everyone was here. Had a wonderful experience from the very beginning with calling to set an appointment all the way through choosing a pair of glasses. Quick, simple, painless and no air forced into my face because they offer more advanced and comfortable care. Will definitely recommend.

I went for an eye exam as my current set of glasses/prescription started to fail me. First contact was via their web form, and I did receive a response letting me know that they were accepting new patients and were taking my insurance, and then instructing me to call them to set a time. After a few questions on the phone to verify insurance and take down my information, I was given an appointment a few weeks later. The office visit was first rate. Check-in was efficient. Then the optical assistant ran some tests and got things ready for the optometrist. Dr. Drew Casey came in a few minutes later, examined my eyes further and set out to find out what my prescription should be. I was done in about 30 minutes and felt well taken care of. A couple of things to note: although they offer additional tests not covered by insurance and have a good selection of glasses and contacts, they were not pushy at all about having me purchase those services from them. A simple no on the form at check-in or at checkout was enough. RECOMMENDED!

Went in last year for a new eyeglass prescription and Dr. Casey found glaucoma ,then referred me to a specialist. This was missed by a previous optometrist. Thank you! Thank you! Great staff. And they have a nice optical shop next door. Definitely recommend .
