Nice, professional staff at all job postings. It is VERY CHALLENGING to accurately fit multi focal (bifocal) soft contact lenses after cataract surgery. I've worn multi focal (bifocal) lenses almost 30 years with zero problems. I HATE WEARING GLASSES! I was genuinely concerned that I was probably going to have to begin wearing glasses after cataract surgery. Well, I'm pleased to say that I'm wearing my new contacts and they work GREAT! A BIG THANK YOU TO THE STAFF OF CONTACT LENS ASSOCIATES! See y'all next year.

My family and I have been patients here for years. We enjoyed having Dr. Barrett as our doctor. Unfortunately, we experienced very poor customer service from the front desk receptionist due to the doctor cancelling our appointments (3rd time) the day of our appts. I requested if one of my children can be seen by another provider as he needed glasses. The receptionist refused to ask that was possible and was very rude. I let her know that she needs to have better customer service skills as a receptionist. We then learned we are all banned from the clinic. We were not notified by mail or given an opportunity as a patient to provide our experience. The receptionist stated to the Dr. tor that I was rude. With that experience, I have to say that customer service leaks from the front desk receptionist. It only makes the whole clinic look bad. I have not had any problems with other staff as they have always have been so nice and helpful. Dr. Barrett needs to listen to his patients before banning them as they are your customers/patients. You lost six patients because of a receptionist who lacks customer service and displays rude telephone etiquette.

Been coming here since 2016 and the customer service has gone down IMMENSELY to the point where I will be taking my business elsewhere. The only nice/customer service forward person is the older lady who has worked there since I started going, who takes you back to help set you up for the doctor...

The best place in Albuquerque to get your vision needs met! As a male in his mid 40's, I was hesitant to retry contacts and more hesitant to try bifocals with a transition lens. Needless to say, both contact and glasses are perfect and I can see clearly again. Thank you Dr. Seader and your professional staff!

Carol at the front desk is exceptional, I had an appointment for regular checkup and needed referral to a specialist. Both Dr. Hands and Carol handled my appointment and my referral with excellent service. Carol is so professional and helpful, she answered all my appointment and referral questions and contacted me immediately with information I needed. Thank you!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! From the very first phone call until my order was completed. The staff are s extremely professional. I don't have insurance that can be used there so I had to pay out of pocket which is what I had planned for. I was looking at some of the more expensive frames and wanted to order lenses that are $400+. The staff didn't treat me any different nor did they look down on me for how I was dressed. I was in work clothes, but I could've been mistaken as someone who doesn't have the means to purchase what I was asking for. It's rare to experience that level of professionalism. You now have a customer as long as you remain open and I will send whomever asks for glasses your way! Thank you so very much.

I've been a patient of Dr. Baumstark for years. She is professional and thorough. The glasses may be a bit more than the eyeglass supermarts, but the service for the glasses is exemplary. Not only that, but the next time your prescription changes you can get lenses for the frame you have. The service and professionalism of the whole team is why I'll keep returning.
