Everyone is very kind and efficient. My exam was smooth and Dr. Pacheco was patient with my questions. I will say parking is tight and meant for teeny cars.

It is very important to have appointments in places that you are comfortable and appreciated this office makes you feel like your the only one there The Lady Doctor is Absolutely Amazing she is so knowledgeable in interacting with children she truly cares for them and treats them so . Everyone in this office space goes above and beyond to treat you right with kindness and compassion. I would absolutely recommend anyone that wants a great Eye exam visit to feel welcome this is the Number one place to go .

Very nice location and staff. Eden was super patient while she helped me find my next pair of glasses. Dr. Pacheco was friendly and perfessional. They have an extensive selection of frames to choose from. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

I've been a patient of Dr. Pacheco for years. She is very patient and able to explain my needs so that I clearly understand them. This has been especially valuable as I have aged and my vision has changed. The young lady, Eden, that helped me pick out glasses was very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a new instrument that gives them more accurate measurements. Can't recommend the Dr and staff at Pearl Vision highly enough.

Received my eye exam without a long time waiting months. Very nice office and even nicer employees. I have a very good feeling that my glasses will be a whole lot better. Definitely will be a yearly customer.

Such a great experience! I hadnt had an eye exam since grammar school and the staff was great and so kind about explaining the process, the high tech machines to me. Wide selection of frames. My only criticism would be that starting two weeks before the appointment Pearle Vision's bot ( I guess) would text or email me every day with a reminder. That was getting annoying. All else, good!

I booked an eye exam with this provider based solely on availability--I needed a quick appointment outside of my work schedule and they had an opening on Saturday. The doctors and staff were excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. The exam itself was thorough and professional, and I felt confident in the care I received. However, things took a turn when I mentioned I wasn't planning to purchase glasses. That's when I was informed of a "Saturday rule" requiring patients to buy glasses if they book weekend appointments. This policy wasn't disclosed during online booking, and I didn't see it posted anywhere in the office. I wasn't prepared to shop for frames, and unfortunately, I didn't find any I liked. I felt pressured to choose something so I picked a basic, inexpensive pair thinking I'd shop around later. To my surprise, the final bill was nearly ten times the cost of the frames alone. On top of that, the receipt prompted me to leave a 15-20% tip, which felt out of place for a medical visit. Bottom line: Excellent care, but the lack of transparency around policies and pricing left me feeling misled. If you're just looking for an exam, make sure to ask about hidden requirements and fees--especially for weekend appointments.

I went to get my eyes checked. I believe the young lady that helped with my frames was Aden. She helped me get the frames I wanted. I got two pair one with transitions and a pair without. She said the transitions have to be sent out to get made. I got a call 4 days later and was told they were ready. Everything from the exam with doctor Pacheco to getting both pair of glasses went smooth. I will definitely be back.
