We were very happy with all the service until we had to deal with Ernistine over the phone, she was horribly unfriendly with us. When we got to the store she was snappy again so we didn't want to deal with her. The doctor Ron was very friendly and excited to help us and all the other staff was very friendly.

I went in for a routine exam. They are listed on my insurances website as being covered. My plan says it's covered at 100%. I get to the register and the woman tried to bill me for a service I didn't do. When I questioned it she said oh you didn't do it . The system automatically adds this. How many people have paid when they didn't do this? She then charged me tax. In the 20 some years of using my insurance for my yearly exam I have never been charged the tax. Sure it was only $3.80 but the insurance pays for the can't 100% tax has never been added I called another location and was told they don't bill for tax but this store does?
Dr. Ron however did a stray job at his job explained everything as he did it. It was nice to know why they do what they do. But the experience at the end was not great.
