I received good care tho it took 2.5 hours. They originally 'lost' my chart. The tech took a half hour or more to do all the basic tests& then they put me in another room to wait for an additional 29 min. to wait on Dr Gorr....

The first person I saw, Phoenix, not sure of her job title (M.A. medical assistant?) Was professional, thorough, and courteous. She had great deductive skills and dug in to find the problem. I had an erroneous prescription. She found the problem and then Dr Gorr came in and verified. Dr Gorr was also professional, personable, and proficient. I was 45 minutes late due to traffic issues so I did not expect to be seen. There was room in the right part of Dr Gorr's schedule so she fit me in. I did not even have to wait very long. Dr Gorr was gracious and accommodating. I am grateful. I felt like I was really taken care of and am glad I got to be seen by this team.
