Dr Vroman did a wonderful job on my eyes but nobody warned me about the horrible pain and lack of clear vision I would experience for the next 4 months due to severe dry eyes and my eyelids not fully closing. I did not sleep more than a few hours before waking with extreme rug burn like inflammation on my retina. 5 months have passed and I am trying steroids at present and hoping the improvement will last, as it cannot be continued long term. Just an FYI...
