Dr. Hummel is an amazing doctor. Very thorough and efficient. My problem was with the checkin process. I was instructed by email to not checkin until five minutes before my appointment. As requested, I waited in my car till 9:25, came in a checked in. Patients with 10:00 appointments were called back and seen before me with my 9:30 appointment. I finally asked at the desk how much longer as I knew the person who checked in before me signed that her appointment was 10:00 and she was called back before me. She mentioned that there were still two ahead of me. Finally got called back at 10:05.

My appointment with Dr. Himmel was very short and to the point, but very professional (as always). The only problem I ever have when I ever have when I go see him is my appointment with him lasts approximately 5-10mins & the wait time TO see him is roughly 50mins-1hr (& I always try to get there 5-15mins early, hoping to get seen earlier - hasn't happened yet!). Now we have to write out name on a sheet of paper when we arrive, so there's no human interaction to explain the wait time - very unnerving! Anyway, Dr. Himmel is very nice & professional - which is the ONLY reason why I put up with that awful wait time. Thank you.
