Dr. Ritsema is great, and the clinic staff is courteous and competent. However, I did not get called to the clinic area until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. My appointment was for 2:50 p.m., and we were finally done at about 4:30. This is a consistent pattern for Eye Associates, so perhaps some attention to scheduling practices is called for.

My Dr. is great, along with all the staff. Wait times too long. Seems very unorganized. When patients names are called by staff very difficult to hear your name. Each process involves waiting, for example, to see the technician, wait for an hour, move to another area to see the Dr., wait for another hour, then wait in another area to schedule an appointment. It's crazy. I feel an analysis needs to be done, listen to patients input in the waiting rooms and compile data to make the flow better.
