Dr. Ritz is always great and Omar was good also, but...for this appointment it was almost an hour before I was called back for all of the initial eye exam. Overall, I was there for 1 hour and 50 minutes. I am grateful they texted and told me to arrive only 5 minutes before my appointment time. Otherwise I would have been there 2 hours. Like I said, Dr. Ritz is a very good optometrist so the long wait won't affect my future visits.

The staff and eye doctor were FANTABULOUS! There were a lot of patients and the staff worked like a machine keeping things moving as fast as possible. You didn't hear a complaint anywhere. My eye Dr. and every eye Dr. that I have seen at Eye Associates have always solved my eye problems. Norwegian blue eyes have a hard time with the environment, but thanks to them I am 68 and my eye subscription actually improved today, obviously due to brilliant eye Doctors!
