My eye testing was comprehensive and thorough. Julie, the eye tech was polite and friendly. She cleaned each site and gave calm clear directions before during and after each test with attention to my comfort. Dr Gillette was also warm and friendly, except his hands, warm heart. He communicated throughout his examination with positive feedback making me feel happy. At the end he explained more thoroughly his findings in detail advising me my eyes were healthy and that he had no concerns. "See you in a year", he said with a smile and thanked me for coming in. My whole experience was positive and the facility clean and beautiful. I especially liked the Norfolk pine next to the reception desk.

I love when you go somewhere and things just go smooth and you get in and out quickly and people are happy and nice and treat you with respect. I walked into this office and the office staff was happy and attentive happy and got you in quickly the wait was not long at all and once in the back the tech was very detailed and explained everything she was doing to me so I could understand. Very detailed and compassionate. And the doctor was very nice and has an amazing team they work well together. I loved my experience at southwest eyecare I will refer everyone I know. The office and rooms were clean as were the appearance of the workers and their etiquette is excellent. This is top of the line service great job southwest eyecare team your bosses must be so proud. Keep up the good work. If I could give 12 stars I would EXCELLENT JOB

Appointment was for my elderly brother. Staff had excellent customer service. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Office was big with many patients but staff was extremely efficient.
Dr Gillette was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He made my brother feel at ease and comfortable. He was very interested in my brother not over spending on meds and his upcoming surgery when giving us the options for treatment. We are very confident having Dr Gillette perform my brother's upcoming surgery and glad we found them!
