She made sure I had all the information I needed, answered every question, and got me set up with a new prescription quickly. There were 4 women at the desk, 3 right in front of me and the girl on the far right greeted me. The 3 ignored me even though they were fight in front of me. First time I saw Catherine uher she was personable and friendly, Not this time. Total opposite. I guess their nice to new clients only. Very unhappy with the visit overall. Tried to tell Uheri I feel something in my eye and she " you can't feel that"!!!! How would she know, she's not in my body!!! DO NOT GO THERE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR GOOD EYE CARE!!!

Great experience at this location! My family and I have been loyal patients of Eye Associates since 1990 - never had a bad experience with them.
But my latest visit was phenomenal. Perhaps not a word one would typically associate with eye health, but it was.
Andrew, who conducted my initial/intake exam was so kind, informative, and knowledgeable. He obviously knows his craft, inside and out! He answered everything for me, from pressing concerns to general questions. In most cases, issues/concerns I've just done nothing about for years. You know how we are, people that is. Sometimes we wait, and wait, to take action or follow-up on our own health concerns.
If you have been putting off your eye care, I strongly recommend Eye Associates. Particularly this team and location. Very little wait, well staffed, and the utmost professionalism.
I was seen by Dr. Amanda Gorr. Impeccable bedside manor, beyond informative, helpful and kind. Not to mention, except to mention, the doctor clearly loves her work.
I could not have been more pleased with their care!

I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes after my appointment time. When I asked what was going on, the woman at the desk slowly went to check. I was told the technicians were running behind. Communication about the delay should have been much earlier and done proactively, not only after I asked. The tech, Stephanie, was rude and unprofessional. Thankfully, she passed me off the Jasmine, who could not have been nicer or more professional. She understood my time issue and completed her tasks quickly and efficiently. Dr. Ritz was equally apologetic for the long delay and completed his tasks quickly but efficiently. I understand there can be delays, but that should be communicated to the patients as soon as realized. My time issue valuable too. That should be respected.

I just saw Dr. Fillmore for the first time. I thought he was great! One of the best I've had ever. He is warm, friendly, very knowledgeable and very professional. The appointment went really well and he took the time to explain everything and come up with some really good solutions for me. I felt well cared for as a patient and I would highly recommend him.
