Needed to update my prescription after 2-3 years. They put the lenses in my Oakley Tie Bar 0.5 with no damages. The staff there is friendly. Great place with great service! I've had a nice experience!

Awesome experience! I went in for an adjustment on my glasses and Kim was fantastic. She warmly greeted me, was very friendly and showed willingness to help and even introduced her lab manager. They both helped with my adjustment on my frames and even gave me information on how to keep them in great shape! I appreciated all of their help and especially when they warmly welcomed me to come back to see them if I had any more needs with my glasses! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

One star is way too many for this company. My family and I are returning customers. But will we not be returning. Four adults and children, cash customers. Here's why...I made an appointment, we traveled over 45 miles one way, via I-40. We left home early enough but that highway can be a bear. No where,and I mean no where,written or otherwise that says 10 minutes being late cancels the appointment!! I pulled up to your store,right outside the front entrance I get a nasty phone call ,about my appointment being canceled for being 10 minutes late!!!! I say I am right here,walk thru the door, and berated for being late,blah blah blah. I am a senior citizen, not a child. After my exam,I told that lady that I and my family will not be returning because of her poor customer attention. And she had this defensive attitude!!!! No,sorry for the inconvenience or thanks for fighting traffic for arriving. Nothing!!!! Our families money will find one of your competitors to go to. What's really surprising...In the world and country full of discouraging elements that make life not so easy....couldn't your employees.....try.....to be a little more polite?

We had a very disappointing experience at this location. My daughter and I checked in for eye exams believing our Medicaid insurance was accepted, as we have previously been seen here with the same coverage. During check-in, I overheard two front desk staff whispering about "no insurance," but they never addressed me directly or explained that there was any issue with our coverage. I had no way of knowing whether they were referring to us or another patient, and no clarification was offered. Both eye exams were completed. We were then directed to the glasses area and told we would be called when staff were ready to assist us. We were never called. When I eventually went to ask which frames were approved by insurance, I was then informed...only after the exams...that Medicaid was not accepted. When I requested copies of our prescriptions so we could go elsewhere, I was told we would need to pay $70 per prescription. This was extremely frustrating, as the insurance issue was never disclosed upfront. Had we been informed at check-in, we would not have proceeded with the exams. The lack of clear communication and insurance verification resulted in wasted time and an unprofessional experience. Insurance acceptance should be clearly confirmed before services are provided. While the doctor was great, the front desk staff appeared apprehensive and hesitant to communicate clearly. The whispering and lack of transparency made the experience feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. Insurance verification and clear communication should happen before services are provided. Update Per your generic reaponse: *I'm not looking to take this offline. I'm reviewing the specific location I visited. I'm leaving this review so others know what to expect. The doctor was great. The issue was the front desk. Staff whispering about insurance without addressing me directly, avoiding helping us, and not being upfront made the office feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. If my insurance wasn't accepted, that should have been clearly stated before exams were done. Their website may have said it, but re-clarifying in person and being more friendly would have helped. Waste of time.

Got a great deal on 2 pair of new glasses. Was able to get the 2 for what 1 would have cost at my regular eye office. Good selection and helpful staff.

The Dr. Alderette was amazing! So patient with asking about which is the clearest lens during the exam, she super sweet. And the lens employees are super nice and helpful.

If these glasses were more sturdy, I'd give this place 5 stars. The optometrist was great and the staff here are amazing. The glasses are just meh though.

Michelle always makes sure we are taken care of, and goes above and beyond. We have had issues getting my husband's special lenses, but she always makes it right. We come from out of town because they have been the best at getting the prescription right and taking care of their clients. Thank you Michelle T!!!!
