The whole experience was amazing the team and efficiency. They took me about half an hour before my appointment time. They were fast and friendly. The receptionist was very helpful she helped me figure out everything with my insurance. Everything was fast. Great prices . Matt was very helpful with prices and choices. I was here 2 years ago and was not happy with the service that I got; however, fast forward, I got glasses this week, and what a difference. Erica is AWESOME! She was very attentive; knew exactly what I needed, and had my glasses ready in hours. The whole staff actually was very attentive. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I've had family go to this location and NEVER AGAIN! I wouldn't recommend a stranger I didn't like to this location. the girls at this location are absolutely RUDE. You ask them a simple question they have such a nasty attitude, they will argue with you when you need help. I just called to see if I could make an appt for a family member and she refused to pull up the insurance when I know she can because they've done it before and before I knew it I was talking to myself because she hung up. They are absolutely RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL at this location. Don't waste your time at this location go to another store. This one is AWFUL. I wish I could give ZERO stars. This store is an embarrassment for National Vision

The women at the reception on 3/3/26 for optometrist was very curt, rude, and could tell she was holding back rolling her eyes at me while our discussion. She was on the phone when I was walking up and can tell you she had the same tone with them on the phone and was about to roll her eyes with them as well. I asked simple questions and even got attitude when trying to giver her my insurance. I immediately cancelled my appointment on the spot after the 3rd time she was rude.
Will never go back as there are other business who will not give such attitude for no reason
