They really took care of me. I got the glasses I really wanted and it a lot cheaper price than I thought. They went the extra mile to check all my insurance information and really delivered on a great pair of glasses and great customer service. I've gotten glasses at this location before and I will definitely be shopping there again. I can't remember the gentleman's name that helped me but he did a five-star excellent job and he went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns. And help me do the math and get the best pair of glasses I've ever got for the least amount I think I've ever spent. I'm loving my "LACOSTE" glasses.

I have been going to an eye place closer to home, but my husband wanted to come here to get his safety glasses as he's come here in the past. First, they are super busy, BUT that DID NOT hinder our experiences; they got us in and out quickly. I wasn't even there for an appointment, but as a tag-a-long. I ended up getting myself two pairs of glasses. Second, my husband got three pairs. One of the lenses was messed up in the package and the technician had noticed it explained the issue to my husband and they course corrected for us. Thank you for not sending us off with a crappy pair of new glasses. They got him a new pair and they finished them quickly. Third, this place is probably the fastest place to get your glasses like same day within the hour of the eye appointment-fast. What! BUT, I was super thankful for that as well because we live far from Albuquerque. It is noteworthy to talk about the price point being peachy and pocket friendly, but for some of you luxury shoppers they do have a nice selection of lux eyewear that'll fit your acquired taste. Fourth, all of their employees are professional, kind, and helpful which is always nice to encounter, especially when I have the MANY pleasures of having experiences with other businesses. Will definitely be coming back here in January for a couple more pairs for me because they got a GREAT selection. KUDOS to all of the employees!

I was very happy with my overall experience, from the super fast and easy eye exam to the quick turnaround on my first pair of glasses. Having gone 50 years without needing glasses they made it so easy to get them and the staff was awesome as well!

I love Eyemart and this location . We have been purchasing our glasses from here for years. I would have it no other way , and recommend them to everyone. Staff is amazing and supportive. Wearing glasses has been something that has been incredibly hard for me to get used to. The staff has been so understanding and supportive about me finding the right pair. Went here as I wanted new metal frames at reasonable price and with a same-day Rx fill, and the reviews seemed glowing. Almost sounded too good to be true, but it seems the hype is real! The staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful. I chose my frames and had them filled very promptly after showing my Rx, choosing my lens options, and paying; I left to run errands expecting it to take a while, but got a text notification quite quickly! Will absolutely be returning here for my future eyewear needs!
