They did wonders for my son! He has a lazy eye and it effected his vision. A year of therapy everything improved including his abilities at school, as the eye problem was effecting his ability to read. Everyone was wonderful, and the whole experience boosted his confidence. I was thankful for the gentle and compassionate care, and thoughtfully curated therapy. I totally recommend Invision, they are amazing!

I wish Dr Cohen would create a more trustful environment by explaining the test results more thoroughly. There were a lot of tests but I never received an in-depth explanation or results for each one. The "gee we're so busy being busy" attitude is unnerving. I waited a long time to see Dr Cohen. I felt pushed out when I wanted to get more information.

Horrible experience. Given wrong diagnosis of BVD. She told me I need to see her friend at the Southwest brain center as I must have brain issues. Insisted I needed prism glasses for BVD. I was actually having ocular migraines and I had asked her if that could have been my issue and she said ,no. I had three appointments with Dr Cohen and was told that my vision was different every time. She also told me my former optometrist over-corrected my glasses prescription. I had my caregiver with me each time to take notes of the appointment and what Dr Cohen was telling me. First time she said I had BVD. Second visit she said I didn't have BVD. The third time she again said I had BVD. I was also told I propbaly had an autoimmune issue and I was told I had a brain problem. Dr Cohen said I needed tinting to help relax my eyes but her tinting chart was so out dated that when I got my glasses they were so dark I couldn't see inside the building. The prisms she insisted I needed were also the wrong script. I was vomiting after wearing them and could not see anything when looking through them. I was told my eyes needed to get stronger by working through the weaker script. I had told Dr Cohen that I was on Medicaid and SSI and could not afford all of these glasses or the Brain Center but she said this was what I needed to get better. I had to take out a loan to get the glasses and the help from the brain center. She also told me only a couple places in NM do the special tinting for the glasses and gave me the name of a few places I could go. This was her friends eyeglass shops. I worked with the eye glass shops she recommended that did not take Medicaid and the woman kept having to send back the glasses and have the tint changed after I had to go back for another appointment to try on different tints. This process went on for over a year. As of today, I do not have my regular everyday glasses or my prescription sunglasses that I need for my pigment dispersion syndrome. I worked with the eye glass shop and found out that my glasses could have been exchanged for a correct prescription lens at no cost if I did it within 30 days. I spoke with Dr Cohen in Dec. of 2024 on the phone and discussed the migraines and she agreed with me to change the scripts so I could still exchange the glasses in a timely manner. After the new year in 2025 , I could not get Dr Cohens office to call me back to rectify the situation. So in the end, I do not have a pair of glasses for everyday wear or a pair of protective prescription sunglasses to protect my eye condition. I finally called BCBS as a last ditch effort to get my glasses changed and paid for because it had been way to long for the company that made my glasses to replace them for free. Dr Cohens office told BCBS that they had offered to pay for my new glasses but I was never offered this option. This was not true! I would have gladly accepted the offer if they had actually offered me that. With each visit I had my home healthcare worker with me and take notes as well as when I called the office my caregiver was there. My caregiver had called the office as well with no response. After a year of having the wrong prescriptions and the wrong tinting and being blown off when Dr Cohen said she would get things straighten out, I am left with glasses I can't use and I have to pay back a loan I got to pay for the glasses. I cannot drive or read without proper glasses. I am appalled at how I have been treated and made to look like a liar to my insurance company. This could have been taken care of in a professional manner but Dr Cohen and her staff decided that a patient wasn't worth her time. I should have read the reviews of other unhappy customers first. as I see I am not the only one that has been treated poorly. It took me over an hour to write this post because I can hardly see the screen! Way to go Doc!

My daughter started vision therapy quite a while back and we loved it. Dr. Cohen is amazing and has really helped my daughter improve immensely. Over the summer my grandfather was diagnosed with cancer and given 3 months to live. I was switching with my mom to go help care for him and ultimately decided to cancel further appointments until school started. I called to let the receptionist know, she always seemed to be confused about anything I ever called about though. Anyways, I mistakenly missed an appointment and I take full accountability for that. The woman who called to see where I was, was insanely rude (anytime she called me she was) and let me know I was no longer able to make any appointments because of how many appointments I had to cancel while my grandfather was sick. The lack of understanding or empathy was very disappointing. The only reason I gave 3 stars was for how amazing and knowledgeable Dr. Cohen is.

Fr. Cohen and her lively staff have been helpful on my journey of eye improvement. Time will tell, but it certainly will not be because of tremendous effort on everyone's part...including myself.

We had a terrible visit with Michelle Cohen. My daughter went with a complaint about having tiredness in her eyes when reading and after a long arbitrary style of tests, Michelle concluded that her eyes where perfect but there was something wrong w her brain. I could not believe my ears and then she preceded to talk about my daughters dyslexia and her "disconnect" in a way that was so negative. We WILL NOT be using her for the recommended therapy
