Luis was training, however he was very knowledge. Ariel (I think that's her name. She has black hair with a blonde streak highlight in the front). She's amazing. Together they helped me pick out frames and lens. They made my experience to well and fast.

If there was less than 1 star to give and still post a review, we would do that. Everything is a yes we can do that no problem when they are collecting the money but once the product gets here and it's wrong they can't do anything for you here. It took them 2x and a month and half to make the worst pair of $700 glasses ever. Then they say there's a no hassle return policy which is a lie you have to wait 8-10 weeks for a check from corporate. This place is joke and the store manager is the worst person to having dealing with the public she doesn't care about anything or anyone as long as she collects money from you

Dr. Torres was very professional and polite. he made going to the eye doctor less intimidating and I always appreciate people who enjoy their craft . Ernestine helped me with my glasses and she was amazinggg and so kind. I haven't had glasses in a long time and she didnt rush me to pick at all. She actually picked out the glasses I ended up leaving with! They were adorable. I pick them up here in about 10 days. Very excited! Thank you guys.

I've never been so turned off by a company. Please do not shop at this location. They ordered the wrong pair of glasses for me. Waiting hours in the store multiple times to get things sorted.
Turner over is high at this store many new employees. The manager Judy has a very rude demeanor and insists on proving she is right. The new girl took a long time on my new and used pair of glasses when trying to fix the screws on the side, and left me with a screw hanging out the bottom on both pairs.On top of that she tired to give me "new" glasses with scraped lenses.
I'm a pretty understanding person but the multiple poor experiences at this store needs to be addressed. Very condescending management. She left me a voicemail stating she was able to refund me the $50 warranty as a cashiers check without confirming my address so I will never see it. After hours and several times returning I'm leaving a poor review due to the "inconvenience ". Just wanted to share my experience do not waste your time here. LensCrafters used to be my go to.

After a number of issues (including unkind, defensive service from Judy) and hours with customer service, I was told file a Customer Care Request. I did, and was told to expect contact from the store within 5 days. No one contacted me.
The manager, Judy, closed out my customer service ticket without speaking to me, and lied to LensCrafters corporate and told them that my glasses were working fine and the issue was resolved.
This company can't be trusted, and in particular, this location is being run into the ground by someone who frankly just doesn't care, and does not have any integrity.
Go literally anywhere else.
Edit to add:
Look at the bot commenting on this, asking me to file a Customer Care Request again. This company is a joke and their customer service is just an endless loop designed to waste your time until you give up.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Judy, the manager at this location, and I have to say, it was incredibly disappointing. Judy's attitude is downright rude and unprofessional, and it completely ruined my experience. When I had questions or needed assistance, she was dismissive and condescending, making it clear that she wasn't interested in providing good customer service.
What's even worse is that her unprofessional behavior seems to have rubbed off on the rest of the staff. The employees working under her had the same negative attitude, which made the entire atmosphere feel uncomfortable. It's clear that Judy either doesn't know or doesn't care about how to properly treat customers, and it shows in the way she handles situations.
I would really hope that management takes action to address this and hold Judy accountable for her behavior. No customer should ever have to deal with such poor service, especially from someone in a leadership position. This experience has certainly left me with a bad impression of the business.

Ernestin was so incredibly patient and helpfulI in picking out good frames and explaining the details of all of the extras. I highly recommend asking for her! Dr. Vigil took time to explain all the different eye tests, what they meant and how to move forward with future eyecare.. Overall incredible experience and incredible team. I highly recommend them.
