Today was a remarkable day for my 8-year-old daughter because it was her first time wearing glasses. The staff was outstanding; from the beginning to the conclusion, everyone was kind and helpful. My daughter was thrilled that Dr. Taylor directed all of her questions to her and ensured she understood before moving on, as he made her feel at ease while discussing the entire process of adopting glasses for the first time. Normally, doctors ask the parents questions, and we decide what to do. However, I enjoyed that he shared all of his worries with her, informed her of everything that would happen, and made the experience enjoyable. She was a little anxious, but after he spoke to her at her level of understanding, she became very excited about receiving her first pair of glasses. Normally, doctors ask the parents questions, and we make the decisions. I loved that he directed all concerns to her, and she knew everything that was going to happen, making the moment very fun. Naturally, Dr. Taylor made sure to address all of my inquiries as well, and I never felt as though I was not comprehending because sometimes a doctor's terminology can be unfamiliar to the patient.

The team here is so kind, informative and overall amazing. They truly make me feel comfortable and welcome every time.

My daughter had an eye injury and we were able to be seen right away. Dr Taylor was awesome with my 6 year old. His positive energy and kindness made her feel comfortable and safe. He explained the injury in terms we could understand and took great care of her. We will continue to go to his office for any of our eye injuries or regular exams. Thank you so much, Dr Taylor!

Single handedly the greatest Optometrist and staff in NM! He is caring, wonderful with our entire family: adults, teens, kids.... And incredibly knowledgeable and an absolute elite optometrist. The staff is equally amazing and a joy to interact with at every visit! Give this office a try and you will never leave!!!

Dr. Taylor and his entire staff are so friendly and accommodating. This is by far the best experience my family has ever had with an optometrist office. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!

I've been seeing Dr. Muncy since mid 2000's and I won't go anywhere else. The staff are outstanding and actually care about what they do. Both Dr. Muncy and Dr. Taylor are fantastic and take their time to make sure everything is right before you leave!

This place is amazing! The drs and the staff are the best! Jen and Paige are always so sweet and the best help. Wish I could give more then 5 stars more like 10 stars, Thank you so much Dr Taylor and Dr Muncey!!!!

Dr. Taylor and all the staff is amazing. We have been coming here for the last 5 years. I recommend them to anyone. Dr. Taylor truly knows what he is doing and truly cares.
