Update: I feel a little bad changing my review, but I don't think I'll be returning to this location - as much as I like the doctor. I have two issues that arose from my last visit. First, the right lens that I ordered is clearly not the correct prescription. I'm not sure what happened, but it is wrong. Second, the "Digital Lens" that they really encouraged me to purchase was 100% NOT covered by my insurance. If I had known this, I would not have ordered this extra. I spent $300+ on lenses that don't work and yeah... I will stick with Lenscrafters from here on out. I enjoy coming here. The staff are great, the doctor is on point and genuinely enjoyable to talk with, and I haven't had any issues with scheduling or delayed appointments. One thing to be aware of if you're paying with an HSA or FSA: there's a credit card processing fee included with card payments. This wasn't clearly disclosed to me at the time of payment, and the fee was charged directly to my HSA - even though credit card fees aren't eligible expenses under IRS guidelines. It's a small amount, but it does create unnecessary hassle. If you're using an HSA or FSA, I'd recommend paying out of pocket and reimbursing yourself instead. That said, the quality of care and overall service are excellent, and I'll continue to come back.

We had a really positive experience here. We kinda needed to get in in a pinch because of a painful stye my child had. They got us in, and were really attentive to her needs. The staff and doctor were all really sweet and supportive to her, because she was nervous and uncomfortable. They were helpful and nice when handling all of our information and scheduling us. They also followed up the next morning to make sure she was doing well.

Very satisfied with the costumer service "Megan" is one who helped me and she's absolutely amazing. Very nice and welcoming. She did everything in her power to help me and make sure I picked out the right glasses. This is my second encounter with her and she does not disappoint. Because of the experience I always have, I will always be coming and make sure to recommend to others.

I'm so happy I went to this place. The staff were all kind . I got my glass for a reasonable price. They all including the doctor where were great . They lady's in the front was kind . The doctor did an excellent job at testing my eyes . I was able to take my time picking the frames I wanted. My glasses came back quicker that I was expecting. I recommend this place for all. I'm getting a lot of compliments on the frames I chose. They HV a great selection to chose from . Keep up the good job.

Awesome and convenient clinic. Service was great. Fast and on time with scheduling. All my boys got their appointments here and was easy. Blueshield accepted. Everyone is polite.

Friendly, but waited 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Need progressive lens and they showed me 1 type only -Hoya. No other choice and there the most expensive anywhere? Great selection on frames, not lenses.

The staff was very warm and welcoming despite being short staffed and busy. The doctor was thorough and willling to answer all my questions. The most prominant part of my visit was the very end when I was sat down with a woman named Megan to help me with my eyglasses and payment. Unfortunately my insurance wont pay for frames or lenses until January and I needed glasses now. Megan was very understanding of my situation. She walked me around to show me the more affordable frames and even told me a couple of ways they could help me save since I was going to have to pay out of pocket. She was profoundly pleasant and I could have stayed all afternoon chatting with her! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you to all the staff! I would also like to mention that they were the only place that could get me in quickly! Every other clincic couldnt see me for 2 months or more! Not sure why this is the case because this place is excellent!

They are listed as an Emergency Eye Care provider online but when my son had a laser shown in his eye and had a dark spot that wasn't going away we were looking for someone with expertise to see him that same day. We went in but the receptionist wouldn't even ask the provider if he could be checked. They said they only see emergencies if an appointment is available. Sorry but that isn't emergency care. They didn't even offer a recommendation. We ended up at UNM ER and waited hours for them to reach out to an optometrist (which is what we wanted in the first place).
