Scheduling is difficult. The online system said it registered my appointment, but I never received a confirmation email. I called and a woman told me "just give it 24 hours" and didn't seem interested in helping me. She didn't check on her end, she seemed bothered I called. I tried again a week later online- no confirmation. I called again, and a different woman was very helpful. She checked and saw I didn't have an appointment and she helped me make one (finally!). Once I got to my appointment the sign is a bit trickier to see (it's right next to Satellite though!). Inside the space is very clean and calm. The front desk ladies were not rude, but they were mostly interested in talking amongst themselves. The assistant who screened me was awesome! She introduced herself, explained everything, and was so friendly. The doctor was great. Answered my questions, showed me what he was looking at and the gentleman who helped me with my glasses was polite and didn't hover. He explained the costs very well. I think if the reception practices would tweak a little this practice would excel. Overall ease of scheduling- 1 star, finding the location-3 stars, front desk-3 stars, environment 5 stars and doctor/assistant/gentleman with the glasses 5 stars.

The staff is super nice. What I love is that they don't try to "upsell". I went yesterday and to my surprise my prescription hasn't changed. So they asked "Do you even want new glasses?" They didn't try to sell me anything, just asked me am honest question. I loved that.

My husband and I had our first appointment with Dr. Carlisle yesterday. The office is clean and roomy We were greeted the moment we walked in and from there we couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Dr. Carlisle is kind and patient and thorough. Very happy that my daughter recommended Orbit and happy to recommend it to others. Five starts isn't enough in this day and age of mediocre care.

This is my favorite optometrist office I have ever been to. Not only were they fast, they had the BEST selection of frames I have ever experienced. As an artist, this was the first time I had ever had a hard time choosing one pair of frames! On top of tasteful looks, their employee was able to explain what i was looking at when given my prescription sheet. Additionally, this was the first place I was given a pupil distance (PD) on my prescription sheet. Overall, I have never been more pleased with an optometrist office in my 35 years on this planet. If you want to look and feel good in glasses, this is the place to go! They accept medicaid get your appointment scheduled today!

Really disappointed because I was surprised with charges that I wasn't aware of. They never discussed them with me. My insurance should have paid for it 100%. . They didn't tell me that the vision imaging is a cost. Yay :( other than that the doctor is great! Highly recommend him. I highly recommend you also asking a lot of questions to the front desk and other Ladies in charge cause this is not okay.

The staff and Dr are all extremely kind and professional. The Dr was amazing and very patient. And the staff are all sweet as pie and funny too. They broke things down and made everything so easy. Will definitely make this my provider for my eye care

Everyone was great from the front desk, doctor exam. Very personal, professional and I got my glasses sooner than promised. Very happy all around. My glasses are wonderful as well. I will be back next year!

Had an appointment on Wednesday October 8th for a recheck. My appointment was at 11:30 I was told to arrive at 11:15. Arrived at 11:10 two people arrived at 11:25 stating they had an appointment at 11:30. They were taken before me and they needed a full eye exam. When I brought to the lady that gave the tests that I just needed a recheck she didn't answer or care. I waited till 12:00 o'clock had to leave had another appointment. I told the receptionist I had to leave she never asked if I wanted to reschedule. They didn't seem to care. All I needed was a recheck that would take 10-15 minutes very disappointed with the staff. I do like Dr Carlile
