New guy in there was rude and unprofessional. He had to be told to get up and help, because he kept his head down sitting in the back while the only two other associates on the frame side were scrambling to help a large amount of people. He cussed in front of the customers after something on the computer wasn't working. He had ginger hair and glasses. He made the entire experience horrible. The other associates were great and tried to help the best they could. He also chose to argue with my mother over her insurance when she called to verify with her insurance on what was covered. And he basically threatened her with security when she asked if he could bill her later so she didnt have to sit there waiting for him to figure it out. He said " we have security and they are fast, they even curb stomped a kid the other day for punching a security officer"

Convenient place and easy to use website, but had my appointment cancelled three times over the course of 3 months. The first time it was the day of, and the second two times the day before. Would recommend a different place if you're able.

I'm so severely disappointed in all areas of service. Optometrist gave a false referral for hole in my eye. Prices are absurdly high. I got trial contacts and they lost my first order and as I'm writing this I've been sitting in their lobby for 40 minutes (I'm just trying to pick up the second order of trial contacts because they refused to mail them to my address). I'm counting down the days I will never have to use visionworks again
Edit: I am so frustrated, I finally got help and not "sorry about the wait" or "have a good day" just pure rudeness and I have to come back for a follow up

Very disappointed in my today's visit. Wasn't able to just look at glasses or even browse through and see what they had. With only one lady working in the eyeglass area. She has asked me if I had an appointment and I said no but I did have questions about my insurance and she said I can't help you until "4 " which means they are very short staffed considering it was a Saturday at the mall. And told me she would be able to help me in 5 minutes knowing she was already helping a costumer. So they will not be getting my service at the mall again! Do a better job with your company and hire people. Or be open only for appointments and have that very clear upon arrival with a sign in bold . Thank you!

When we first came here there was a real live doctor and I loved her and the exam, it was awesome.
Now they have the doctors remote in which is honestly the strangest business model I've ever come across. Why would anyone want this? For their eye sight? I'm sure it's "super precise" but no.
