Feels Like Family at Westside Eyecare I always have a great experience at Westside Eyecare, and my recent visit with Dr. Rael was no exception. He's thorough, personable, and truly makes you feel cared for every time you come in. The front desk optical assistant was friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. Crystal went above and beyond to help me locate my VSP benefits and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Booking my annual eye exam was fast and easy, and that's one of the many reasons I've been coming here for years. Every visit feels welcoming, familiar, and comfortable, almost like visiting family. I'm grateful for the consistent care and kindness I receive here. Highly recommend Westside Eyecare to anyone looking for a place that treats you with genuine respect and warmth.

Was told by Crystal the manager she was ordering 3 custom lenses for 90$ and would get a refund if the trial didn't work. When I called stating the trial was not fitting properly she denied ever telling me I would get a refund. She also denied she told me I was purchasing 3 lenses ant the cost of 90$ and stated it was one lens! I never received anything in writing regarding their policy. I was then terminated as a patient when I tried to speak up and defend myself about what Crystal had initially quoted me. Again never received anything in writing about her quote Was taken advantage of big time.

The customer service here is amazing!!! Ivana repaired my glasses in just a few minutes with no charge and I'm not even a customer!!! Really appreciate it!

I have been coming to Westside eye care for myself and my son years and for the last few years there has been a new receptionist and she has been very rude and unprofessional telling clients the doctor's personal business and today when I called to schedule an appointment for my son, I was told we can no longer schedule appointment there for us to call eyes of New Mexico. WOW. I've been coming here for years this was unexpected. Keep an eye on your unprofessional receptionist. God bless.

Had a appointment, they called me 30mins before and canceled. Of course I was upset, had to take the day off of work. Female on phone started saying I was aggressive and was going to end the call. I asked if the dr. Was going to be in the office next week, that I'd would like to talk to him. She told me that I would be trespassing and was going to be placed on a no see list. I know stuff comes up and people are people. But this female was so unprofessional and by the looks of the other reviews it's a common occurrence with this place. Good luck if you try this place. Just hope they take reviews seriously and try to better their business.

If I could leave a minus star I would. I just tried to make an appointment at Westside Eyecare. I was just trying to clarify where they were located and they HUNG UP on me. After looking at Yelp reviews, I guess they are rude to everyone, not just me. I would suggest anyone should stay away from them!!!!

Dr. Rael is such an amazing doctor. He explained everything he was checking in my eyes and any changes he found. I truly appreciate him and his awesome staff, who were all very welcoming. They made me feel like I was so important. Thank you for such wonderful service!!

If you like waiting 2 months for service, and then they cancel on you 60 minutes in advance (2 times in a row) this is the place for you. Don't waste your time.
