Not impressed. Employee helping me was aloof. Told her I was using insurance. Was not asked what insurance I had. After spending time completing the selection and features I wanted, which was over $500, I asked is that with insurance, she replied by asking me if I was using insurance, which I told already I was. Turns out they don't accept my insurance so was a waste of time. Eyemart seems more interested in sales rather than true customer service

Usually the customer service is not great here, but I decided to give it another try because it is conveniently next to the optometrist's office. Normally I would need to approach an employee to help me after being ignored for some time and then would be treated as though I was an inconvenience.
This time, Brandon greeted me right away and was the only one who acknowledged me. He was genuinely friendly and extremely helpful during the selection and ordering process. Our glasses were ready in less than an hour. When we returned to pick up our glasses, Brandon greeted us right away and made sure we were satisfied with the fit.
Unlike previous visits, I felt valued and taken care of. I would recommend working with Brandon for a pleasant and efficient experience.
