The staff are friendly and they are very proficient at their Jobs. Dr Russell has been my optometrist for years and he is very knowledgeable. He takes time to explain every aspect of the tests and takes time to answer any questions that I have. When I went to Get my new Glasses the individuals I showed my Paperwork too were very Happy to see Dr Russel's Signature as they said that they had never found any mistakes in Doctor Russell's work.
