So after getting a total of 5 texts saying our appointment was at 1:30pm. We were told that they were a little bit behind. After waiting until 3pm i asked,"how behind are you running?" I WAS NOT given an answer & I would say the person in the eye exam area got agitated and only would say,"when is your appointment?" I explained that I was only asking how much behind they were. Still, "WHEN IS YOUR APPOINTMENT?" As i was not the patient I again explained, I only want to know how much behind your running. Still the same response. I told her when wife's appointment was. By then another employee had intervened and told us, "You're next". OK ,, better i thought.
After eye exam we were then told that they couldn't serve us because they don't have the correct equipment to be able to do correct exam.
Soooooo...... appointment at 1:30,,,, left at 3:45ish without any service being performed.
NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN and had already told our tale to 6 other businesses by the time we left farmington. If I could give a -3 stars I would.
2.5 hour drive back home empty handed.

Unfortunately, I did not catch the names of the two ladies that helped myself and my parents but they are incredible. One has silver glasses and braces, the other has black glasses. Super professional, friendly, and helpful. Perfect examples of people who enjoy their jobs and helping others. They definitely deserve some recognition. Besides their incredible customer service and personable attitudes, my prescription is beautiful and I can see perfect. I am extremely grateful for their help!

HIGHLY Recommend! Initially I was skeptical because the Drs are remote on a screen. However I was desperate for new frames. Went and did the exam and had 2 pairs of glasses same day. Paid less to them out of pocket than what I would have paid at my typical eye dr using my insurance coverage. Ontop of the fast turn around, the new frames didn't fit my face the way I needed them to. They corrected instantly!! I will be going to them from now on!! Thank you ladies for everything

This is a really great place to get affordable, glasses and an exam! I was alittle uncomfortable with the virtual doctor doing my eye exam, but it just took some getting used to. I paid $91 for my eye exam and TWO PAIRS of glasses! It was a great deal for someone who doesn't have insurance at the moment! Michaela was very nice and helpful, all the staff were very welcoming! I recommend this place to anyone. My glasses feel and look great!!

Appt was at 4:00 got me in and had it done pretty quick. Staff was awesome and friendly, definitely a poyal customer from now on and got me big discounts . Price for to glasses and contact was about 900.00 and got it like a 600.00 discount . Awesome job from staff .

We drove the hour and immediately received friendly greeting. Michaela was the person who took care of us and she was outstanding with her knowledge and answered all our questions. Don't buy glasses from them, I ordered photo gray and instead I got something different. I went back and they won't fix there mistake. The last time I buy glass from them.
