Jadara at E Walmart was very friendly and helpful. There is a big selection of eye glasses that have great prices and affordable. Berna at W. Walmart was also friendly and went above and beyond for me due to W.Walmart was out of network and had to call E. Walmart to speak to Jadara and give her the information and the eye glasses l had already picked out. I recommend both Walmart' s for your eye glasss needs! I won't shop anywhere else! Thank you ladies for all your assistance and great customer service.

I am a caregiver for a patient of this particular location. 2 years ago, he bought glasses there. They have been adjusted on several occasions and until yesterday, had hung in there until they broke. We took them in, found out that his protection plan had ended 1 year before and considered a cheap frame to replace the broken one. None of the frames fit his lenses. A replacement frame wasn't available. I figured that I could glue the spring back in, however, the technician (Jonella -- not sure on name/spelling) went into the backroom and found the same frame returned to them sometime ago. She replaced the lenses, free of charge.
I rarely have anything nice to say about Walmart or their services/prices. I will say that as a caregiver for a patient on Medicaid, I did not expect the Vision Center to assist us -- they had no reason to do so. This particular technician went above and beyond.
When the patient is ready for a new prescription, we will gladly return.

I think this floor space would be more suitable for a business that's run - like a business.
An eyeglass business that has no lens cleaners !!!
The supplies shelves are minimally stocked - some not at all.
No greeting when you first walk in, even though there are no customers inside keeping the one employee busy.

Got my first glasses from here back then employees were very helpful. Thought I'd try them again so got my recent pair from here and got the protect plan that goes with it. Went in for noticeable scratches on my glasses and employee holds glasses up and says "I don't see scratches". Then goes on to says they had to be very deep or broken and theirs nothing they could do about it. She was fairly rude and not helpful all about it.

This is the worst place to go...I had several appointments for contacts. At my last appointment it had to be canceled because the eye doctor was on 14 days quarantine. They didn't tell me this over the phone, until I got there. Then, they never called me back saying she is back on the office seeing patients. So, I called to schedule a follow up appointment, and they are going to charge me another eye exam. I'm only there for a follow up appointment. Now they will not give me my prescription for my contacts. What in the world is this...they are with holding my information..my eye prescription. And the manager is so rude, I don't suggest you go there. They can't seem to remember my name, they had to ask 3 times.

I have had very bad visits here because of the receptionists up front. The doctor has always been a delight and very helpful.
The ladies up front were extremely rude to my mom and I. We came together and we were not allowed to go in together when no one else was in the store. They did not follow COVID-19 procedures because they did not clean the glasses after they were tried on.
Their attitude and demeanor lacks professional customer service. I will get their names next time to report them to the doctor. Please provide better customer service next time.
