Bishop Optical

Got my glasses new prescription in a day and it was $75 to replace the lense! That's not a bad price. I went to another place and they wanted almost $200 just to change the prescription. I choose Bishop Optical always a low price for out of pocket payments!! Thank you so much guys! And the employees are very kind!

Awful customer service. Awful attitude. Awful people. I heard that this business has only family working there. Brothers, sisters, cousins, auntie, uncle, etc. The whole family is rude. Back in the day, this WAS a good place to go get glasses. Save your time and breath. This place does not deserve your business with their ugly personality.

Theres plenty of staff available but not very helpful. Staff walking around when they should be helping those that are waiting. They make eating a priority rather then helping customers that are waiting. Were here at 9:43 am They should be here ready to work.. worse place to come especially the wait time to get help. Walked out going elsewhere

I called Bishop optical and kindly ask if there's a doctor to do eye exam, immediately the lady on the other end told me with a very mean tone of voice, saying "Nope" there's no doctor here to do eye exam. I wanted to ask her more questions, but in spite of her voice attitude mean, unfriendly inexperienced, no customer service skills, I just told her get Bishop off the phone listings, so to speak so no one will bother calling for information anymore. The employees rudeness does make a lot of difference for the businesses locally, I will not support that. Have a great day. :)

How are they still in business?! Bishop broke my clear Ray Ban glasses frames and they said they won't do anything about it unless paying them again. The lens they had tried to put in my frames weren't cut to the right dimensions and it BROKE BOTH lens sockets. Of course I asked them what could be done about it and the ladies pretty much said to pay them again to "fix" it when they should've offered to replace the frames from forcefully breaking. Even after everything was done and over with they tried to keep my frames and my lens (they don't offer refunds or exchanges) so the ladies there were expecting me to walk out with literally nothing. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS

It's sad that this place is 1 of the few places offered as an eye glass place for the native america community. All though their prices are good, their customers service suck. It's fair to say that not all their employees are awful, but that 1 employee makes it hard for the rest of the crew. For the last 2 years I have been taking my mom here for her eye glass care, for some reason it's always that 1 mean awful lady that helps us. And she is not nice all at! Not to the customers and not even to her fellow employees! I'm sure I'm not the only one to complain about her because I'm sure she does that to everyone else too! I will be taking my mom else where from now on. Do better lady! If you don't want to work with customers find a job where you don't serve the public. You deserve to be stuck at home and never to be let out.

I always get my glasses from this place. I have never had problems or issues. The work is fast and convenient. The prices are fair depending on what you like and how much you are willing to spend. If anything was ever broken or needed fixing they usually did it with no issues. I like the fact that they are convenient. Great job!!

The WORST customer service I've ever experienced! The worst job ever on the pair of glasses and now will not correct it unless paid for again. UNHEARD of!!! I now have a pair of glass that I can not wear. They got their money and I can't wear my glass. Very rude ladies!!!!!! I was just told to go and get a second opinion.
