Great customer service and kind staff! My son's little brother broke the frame on his eyeglasses, I contacted the office, anticipating having to purchase a new frame. The wonderful staff let me know that his frames were still under warranty and we could simply come in and switch them out. A five minute visit accomplished this and we were on our way.

This was my first eye exam since I was a child. Very clean, cute office. The front office staff were just okay, they weren't rude but I wouldn't say kind and friendly. Got the vibe that this just pays the bills. The tech and Dr. Matthew's on the other hand were phenomenal. They were friendly, funny, warm and just made you feel comfortable and welcomed. I would definitely recommend. The office is taking some time off so perhaps the front office folk might get a much needed break.

My glasses are not only my image they are necessary for me to see! With the help of Dr. Matthews and his staff at Advanced Visioncare, I am able to be see well and be stylish. Great experience here! Dr. Matthews is so patient whether with myself or my kids when giving exams and explaining prescriptions. He is knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff is always courteous and order my glasses quickly with no problems. I love the brands they carry. Great office, great doctor! Would highly recommend.

I've been to Advanced Vision the past two year. The front office personnel is so sweet and quick to help schedule an appointment. She was up front with the cost since I am a cash paying patient. I was welcomed to the back and a pre-scam was preformed. Nothing was uncomfortable! I was so excited about all the new technology. When Dr. Mathews came to examine my eyes he was beyond professional and friendly. Dr. Mathews explained everything I needed to know. I left my appointment sure that I was set for the year. Choosing frames was easy and I am so happy I purchased them at the office. The glasses were ready in a week. I recommend Dr Mathews and his staff at Advanced Vision Care with complete confidence that they will continue to extend great service to my friends and family.

Their office has always been extremely considerate of my schedule and work really hard to make sure they have a time that works best for me, super accommodating! They were also very generous and allowed me to sample numerous contacts when I had a tough time making decisions! Dr. Mathews went above and beyond to help me understand the condition of my visions and made me feel very comfortable! I would highly recommend this office they provide a wonderful experience across the board!

Dr. Matthews was so kind and knowledgeable during my appointment. He told me things about my eyes that have never been explained to me before (like why I am so sensitive to light) and I have seen an eye doctor regularly for the past 15 years. I was also impressed with their glasses selection. I got exactly what I wanted. The gal who helped me pick them out was very patient and took her time with me. I would highly recommend them!
