I had the worst experience. Not only did my glasses have the wrong prescription, the complete order was not what I had asked for. Instead of trying to fix their errors, they blamed me, suggested I take a refund and sent me on my way. Shame on you Dr. for letting your office associates run your business like this. You are loosing customers. Look at all the reviews. They are just like mine!!! The older lady that sits to the left of the front desk has no business being in any kind of customer service capacity. She is rude, ignorant, and not fit to be the position she holds. As I was leaving with my refund, the older lady mockingly wished me a Merry Christmas as she laughed and walked to the back.
Very limited parking. The front staff was friendly, but the actual appointment was disappointing. Once my child's name was called, the exam lasted less than 10 minutes. They only scanned her eyes with a machine--no dilation (not that kind of office) and no thorough examination. The provider didn't ask if she had any concerns, even though she does have them.
We only came here because it was the only office that accepted our insurance and could see her before the end of the year. Overall, it felt rushed and incomplete. I would recommend going somewhere else.
I've been wearing glasses for 55 years, and this was the shortest and incomplete eye exam I have ever had, maybe 7 minutes. When I had my last exam my previous (out of state )Dr said I had cataracts, and needed to recheck at the next exam. This Dr didn't even mention them. But he only said maybe 10 words to me.
The office, equipment and Dr. are way old. The place is also very dirty, and I felt uncomfortable touching any of the equipment.
The office staff wasn't rude, but as close as you could get to it. I won't be back, and suggest that you find another eye Dr.
Took my granddaughter for exam and glasses. Got two pair for a great price. Took only ten days to come in. Which I think is reasonable. Staff was very gracious. Doctor was very thorough and explained everything to my granddaughter and I. I really enjoyed the service of the gentleman who helped choose her glasses. He let my granddaughter know which were more affordable but similar to an expensive frame she liked. I thought that was great because I was trying to stay within my budget. We also were able to get our appointment in a reasonable amount of time. And they accepted Medicaid. We will be using them for our family from now on! Overall it was a great experience!
I seen they had a 2.9 rating, but they were the only ones that took my insurance. The doctor is way to old to do eye exams. He only took ten minutes for the exam, not thorough at all. When I went to pick up my glasses the progressive lens were not right and they had to send them back to be fixed. He lets the receptionist do the adjustments while he just stands there leaning on the counter. No apologies at all. He needs to retire!
The office only has three parking spaces. When you back up to leave you are pulling out into oncoming traffic. This is the first negative. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and waiting 30 minutes total. I decided to leave without waiting any longer because for 25 of the 30 minutes I was waiting the office staff and doctor were chatting about their previous evenings events. Why are customers waiting in the lobby when the doctor is available? This loud gossip session was very unprofessional. I decided to seek out a more professional clinic for my exam.
I had one appointment, a pleasant visit, ordered glasses, and received them. I went back 4 months later to order another pair of glasses from them to support local business and to my surprise was told 'you are no longer a welcome patient'.
Upon inquiry I was told they do not make notations as to why, but that the doctor simply must not have liked something about me.
I respect every business' right to refuse service, but was highly disappointed at the lack of reasoning which could mean this doctor does not want his motives and selective biases to be under any scrutiny but his own evidenced by their policy of not having or needing any written record of incidents leading to the 'not welcome' status.
Very disappointed in this business and the way they conduct themselves. I recommended going elsewhere in town.
This place is subpar at best...
If you're scheduled for a 10am appointment, expect to be seen at 10:30-10:45. The optometrist is extremely kind and does a great job but this office's sense of urgency or consideration for their patients' times is laughable.
If you're a busy, working adult, this place isn't it for you. They take forever getting you in even though you've made an appointment weeks before...
