I did '1' because there is no '0'. Even though I enjoy talking general topics with Dr Lewis and his staff, the specifics of optometry are long gone from there. I saw Dr Lewis a few years, then switched to a doctor closer to home until he closed; I went back to Lewis. In 2024, I had to have him re-examine me and rewrite my script...still not right so just making do. Had my 2025 appointment yesterday. I was not in the chair more than 10 minutes! No checking my eyes, no lights, only the letters on the wall card. For each part he used THE SAME LETTERS so easy to memorize---don't know if I passed or failed! And a row of letters on a little card??? What???? Checked my script against last year's----VERY different. I have astigmatism so I KNOW I should have some Axis.---None.. Then, the money--which they always seem very quick to collect! When I made the appointment she told me $67, when I started checking out she told me $89.99, when I questioned her about it turned into $59.44!!!!! Which I feel should be refunded! I'm telling me, 'good luck with that'. I should have known better...........

The Dr spent less than 5 minutes with me and my son. They ordered our glasses and mixed mine end my son's prescription. Tried telling me that I ordered his for me and vise versa. Then they admitted it was wrong, so they were sent out again and still haven't gotten our glasses. It's been over a month and we still don't have our glasses. They took the money from my credit card with extra speed but don't seem to care about giving us our glasses. I would not use this office again.

I ordered glasses & they charged my credit card. 3 days later they tell me my prescription has expired & they can't order my glasses. WHY TAKE MY MONEY?? I gave this small business a chance all year while my prescription lasted but I cannot bear to deal with them any longer! I'm frustrated and I'm DONE! It's clear they've stopped caring about staying competitive. Other places like Eyeglass Mart & Stanton have lower prices, better selection, superior deals, and a more modern, appealing look overall. Now, I have to figure out how to get my money back!!

The entire staff is really nice and professional. My daughter had an appt on a Tuesday and I did on that Friday as well but once there, they went ahead and took me as well to avoid have to go back. Definitely recommend.

Very nice staff all around. They were super helpful in guiding me with my insurance and ordering. I just got a prescription pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses and a regular pair of Guess eye glasses and both are perfect! I was told 10-14 business days but they both came in within 7. I've gone to the practice for a little over three years now and have had 0 problems. Very patient staff who answered all of my questions. Thanks Dr Lewis and team!

Dr. Lewis and his staff are wonderful!!. I see Dr. Lewis once a year for my contacts and lenses. He does a wonderful job and does not take long at all to receive my contacts and eye glasses. If I could give his office 10 stars, i would. Thank you for all you do:)

If I could give this place no stars I would. I called to make an appointment for me and my children after not being there for a year. I was told we are not welcome there. I asked why? They said we can not tell you why. So STORY TIME. Last year we showed up early in the morning at 8am and sat in the car. We waited till 8:45 to even try to door. There hours of operation start at 8:30. The door was still locked. We returned back to the car and waited till 9am. We stepped out of the car and retired the door and it was still locked so we stood outside for a few more minutes so I decided to call the office to see when they would open the doors. The laughed and said "The doors are open we have been open since 8:30." So we walked in and I told them I had tried the door at 8:45 and again at 9 but this is the first time the door is open. They didn't mind taking my money that day and even being rude to my children. So if you want to be welcomed at this place don't even tell them they did something wrong or tell them the truth they will flag you and you will not be welcomed. We did nothing wrong to be treated in this manner. Be better, you don't know what people are going throw to just treat them like trash.

I took my son to this office after being warned not to take him but I always give people benefit of the doubt. We went to his appointment and the eye exam was not at all a good exam. Please do not take your kids to this office . I'm sorry but he doesn't do a thorough exam at all.
