Sam's Club Optical Center

I cannot possibly recommend Sam's Club Optical Center. I purchased glasses from them in April, 2025. In July, 2025 (3 months after purchasing), a tiny crack formed on the lower left corner of the left lense. I returned to Sam's Optical to show them the crack, which was obviously a defect in their lense. The glasses had never been dropped or damaged in any way! I was told their warranty is only 30 days, but they would make a one-time exception and replace the defective lense. They decided to replace BOTH lenses at that time because I paid for sun-darkening lenses, and they wanted them to match. I thought they were doing me a favor, but in October, 2025 (again, 3 months since the lenses were replaced), a tiny crack formed on the upper right corner of the right lense! Again, the glasses had never been dropped or damaged in any way! Both of the cracks came from under the edge of the frames. I will NEVER again purchase any glasses from Sam's Club Optical Center! I have worn glasses for 50+ years, and I have NEVER had lenses that formed defective cracks... NEVER! But, having TWO defective cracks form in TWO difference lenses is absolutely unacceptable, and an indication of a poor quality product. That's $350 I've wasted by purchasing glasses at Sam's Optical.

Called sams club, for eye exam they set it up, when I showed up they told me they don't do eye exams? Not for at least 5 yrs. Lol
