I have been to Stanton on Telshor 2 times in the last year once for my husband once for myself. I have been going to Stanton for several years and this is the first time I felt moved to write a review. I was so excited to see Elisa would be helping me again today. She is AMAZING ! She is knowledgeable, provides excellent service and very friendly! We dread getting new glasses but she is so helpful. I highly recommend Elisa she will make it a great experience! Here to help and save you some time and money. If your quoted a price then they are obligated to match it. We saw a promotion online and scheduled an apt. Once my spouse got to the store a lady named Flora was very rude and dismissive and said Medicaid was not accepted at the store. The exam would be over 300 dollars almost 4. Nobody was in the lobby and now we know why. Nobody should have to pay over 400 dollars for an eye exam and contact lenses. We should have been given the different options and pricing. Not turned away just because of our Insurance. That lady needs to learn better customer service or change your job description! You cannot be a manager and turn people away! Unacceptable!

I should have listened more careful to the previous reviews, but thought what the heck, they can get me in, let's keep an open mind. "Don't waste your time" as another person had put it. I was there over 3 hours and had to go back because they could not get the remote physician to sign off of the exam prior to closing. We live over an hour away, so honestly, not a good experience at all. I have not received my glasses or contacts yet, and will update the review if there are any issues there. The wait time was unacceptable and if you add in the time spent back in there the 2nd trip just to order the glasses and contacts, you are looking at about 5 hours so far and not including if you need the glasses fitted or anything like that. Bless them all for trying but they are really bad with with their process for appointments. The worst experience I have had with an eye doctor.

I travel from out of town and made an appointment for 10:45 AM and when I told the receptionist at the front she proceeded to aggressively tell me the prices after which I said I understand and was told to wait till I was called. I was approached by a second receptionist who than continued to aggressively tell me the prices that of which I already stated I understood. not only once but twice I was approached in a very rude demeanor by both associates. I have yet to get into my appointment and I've waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled waiting period. I already knew I was going to have to pay out of pocket and was put on a horrendous waiting period and treated rudely by staff .. will be going elsewhere for my next script and recommend anyone looking to be treated like human to avoid this Stanton

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. Ask for Priscila, she is amazing and very kind!!! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend coming here

This place is VILE!! I had an appointment at Stanton Optical this past Monday and, unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. While the initial exam itself was fine, the customer service and communication from the front desk staff were unacceptable. From the beginning, I clearly stated multiple times that I was interested in both glasses and contact lenses, not just contacts. I even selected the frames I wanted and confirmed this before leaving. I provided my insurance and was quoted a very high total, close to $700, which was shocking, but I trusted that everything had been handled correctly. I also explained that I would return on Friday to pay the remaining balance and pick up my order. When I came back as planned, I was told that only contacts had been ordered and my glasses were never placed. This was especially frustrating because I had repeatedly confirmed that I wanted both. Being told this by the same staff member who helped me originally was extremely upsetting. At that point, I was expected to continue with payment even though my order had not been completed correctly. This situation wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and demonstrated a serious lack of attention to detail and accountability. For the amount of money being charged, customers deserve clear communication, professionalism, and accuracy. Instead, I left feeling unheard and frustrated. Additionally, the office environment felt unclean and disorganized, which added to my concerns about the overall quality of service. I will be contacting corporate to report this experience because this level of service is unacceptable. I strongly encourage management to improve staff training, communication, and customer care.

Disappointing. Made appointment for 10 AM. Walked in early, staff was very friendly. However, it took over 30 minutes to even get started with the eye test and my spouse and I were waiting for over an hour and still hadn't seen the doctor yet and that is telehealth. There is no doctor there. My spouse hadn't even been to the stations (where the techs review the eyes for glaucoma, etc.) my spouse asked how long we would be waiting and was told We double booked each appointment and the paperwork is a lot. This store opened at 9AM. So the store takes appointments every15 minutes, double booked each appointment, and said the appointment would take 45 minutes. So we hadn't even been seen and we were an hour past our appointment time. Again there is no doctor on site. So when asked how much longer we'd have to wait, we were told they couldn't say. So what is the purpose of an appointment? Staff is friendly but absolutely should be telling people that their appointment will take two hours or more past appointment time. It's not their fault but Stanton shouldn't be double booking either. It's a pity because the staff does try. We left and will have to make an appointment with another place after driving over an hour. We wouldn't have been upset if we had been told ahead of time that Stanton double booked and our appointment times didn't matter.

I would definitely recommend Stanton Optical! Priscilla was kind, patient, and very attentive--even though she was alone at the front with no manager and multiple customers coming in. I'd also like to recognize Stephanie from the back, who stepped up to help at the front even though it wasn't her area. She was extremely kind, and together they truly went above and beyond despite how busy it was. Thank you, ladies! I will definitely be visiting again.
