Walmart Vision & Glasses

Lenses are not good quality the coating that is applied starts to come off leaving a hazy film, to their credit they did redo Lenses even though it was past the 60 day warranty by a few days. But I paid nearly 300 dollars for glasses that are ony guaranteed for 60 days pretty weak policy. Must not have much confidence in their product. I'd recommend not purchasing glasses at Walmart they should stick to groceries and dry goods. Well since my glasses were safety glasses they decided that they could not replace the lenses. Or maybe because I posted a negative review, Absolute negative experience, l expressed my dissatisfaction multiple times to the manager Pablo, it did not seem to bother the manager Pablo at all that l expressed that his product is subpar, other optical outfits charge less and have MUCH better lenses. SO TO BE CLEAR DON'T BUY GLASSES AT WALMART!!!! I've decided I'll continue to tell anyone who looks at Wal-Mart vision center reviews, they know what a poor product they have, what they are charging for what they are giving you is a complete and total rip off. They are pushing the cheapest product they can find for the highest $ amount they think they can get... l can't express my dissatisfaction sufficiently enough for anyone to really realize how much you should not patronize this service Walmart offers. I'll be posting more negative comments, because they deserve every word of criticism l can mustard. Quality is not something Walmart vision center strives to achieve! Pablo did offer me an opportunity to repurchase my glasses through my insurance at a discount. Why in the world would I buy the worst glasses I've ever owned with the worst warranty I've ever seen AGAIN! To be continued, I'm not done!

Pablo..Bono..Bea... thanks to each of you for the quality service you provide. The attention to detail , the care is most appreciated. I've made multi trips and have been met with the same service every visit. Job well done!! ( And I like my glasses and not having to see rainbows)

Professional staff , Pablo the manager and his staff , were attentive and caring when I needed questions and inquiries for glasses not to mention they were able to answer my questions and the price is highly more then highly reasonable. I will be doing business with Walmart vision & Glasses, no longer will I be going to Dr lewis they couldn't even fix my glasses but Walmart Vision & Glasses did. The manager cares and that's what makes me happy as a customer , he is conversational and his staff as well

I came here to try to get glasses after finding other optical places in town too busy to help me and too expensive for my budget. Pablo was so friendly and helpful and wonderful. He checked to see if my insurance would cover my glasses (it did!) and even told me insurance would cover more expensive frames than the ones I originally picked out. He helped me every step of the way, and I really felt like he was on my side. My glasses were ready in just over a week, and I was so excited to pick them up. Well. The woman working when I went in to pick up my new glasses was no Pablo. She was not friendly at all. She handed the glasses to me. I tried them on and she asked how they felt, but didn't offer to sit with me at one of the little tables and adjust them for me. I tried them on, and I guess they felt ok. Really, I just wanted to get away from her bad vibes, so I took my glasses and left. If she had been half as nice as Pablo, I would have given this place five stars. I'm just glad she wasn't at work the day I came in to order glasses. Give Pablo a raise! Hire more workers like him!

I love the excellent customer service I received from the staff, from choosing my frames to getting measured and fit for my new eyeglasses. They are always available when I have.a concern and offer to clean my glasses when I come to shop at Walmart!

Get place for glasses/contacts, staff was very friendly and polite, great attitudes and seemed like they genuinely wanted to be there. The doctor was amazing! Very friendly and seemed also to be interested in my eyes and get them to where I can see great, and make sure they were also healthy. 10 stars all day long.

Received a phone call re. my prescription glasses,which were sent from Texas to Las Cruces , to pick them up. There was only one female in the store, however it did not seem she was very helpful, matter of fact she was derogatory, not at all friendly and when I ask to be fitted ,it seemed she was surprised at my request. After spending $333 I like some REAL service if your employee is tired of doing her job efficiently you should replace her. Many people are looking for a job.Last purchase at VISION CENTER.
