Dr. VanLin saw me on an urgent basis when I was traveling in SantaFe last week. She and her staff were helpful and kind, and she saw me in within two hours of my phone call. Dr. VanLin provided me the expert diagnosis and products my eyes needed. As she anticipated, my eyes cleared up enough to enjoy the rest of my vacation. Within a day of returning home, my eyes are back to normal. Many thanks for excellent professional and pleasant service!

The service and professionalism at Botwin Downtown is superb. I had never been there before my first eye exam several months ago. I was both pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied with the exam. I have had some eye problems more recently that have lasted for almost 6 weeks requiring multiple visits to Botwin. Appointments are easy to make and waiting time is kept to a minimum, if at all. I cannot speak highly enough about the curtesy, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. And in particular I rate Dr. Vanlin Botwin a 10. She is extremely personable as well as knowledgeable, and she takes all the time necessary to explain things in an easily understandable manner. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend her.

The eye care is top notch, friendly and the office is comfortable and well designed and my appointments run on time. I just wish my eyes didn't get old, but at least there's places like this to help. The store is for quite beautiful high end frames but other then a suggestion to look around I've never felt pressured to purchase with them.

Great customer service by everyone who helped me when I got my eye exam. I was greeted by front desk staff and walked over to try on glasses prior to my exam. Karla was so welcoming and friendly. She explained the process of what I should expect during my visit. Ray helped me pick out the best pair of glasses that were cute and complimented me most, and made me comfortable in taking my time to pick out a pair.

I came in for help with a couple of simple repairs on my Lindbergh glasses. Ashley not only fixed my glasses she also gave me some spare parts so we can fix my wife's glasses. And she explained why I need to come in iperson for new lenses for my work Lindbergh glasses.
When I asked about the cost she : no charge.
Very nice, very helpful, I'll certainly be back. We live in southern New Mexico so it won't be tomorrow, but we will be back.
