Buena Vista Eye Care

I scheduled an appointment with Buena Vista Eye Care on 8/28 and was given an appointment for the next day. I was very clear woth the person whom answered the phone that I needed eye surgery to clear a blocked tear duct. Upon arriving for surgery I completed the new patient registration form and presented my ID and insurance. The new patient document was completed and handed to one of the three people working the front desk. The woman explained that they would be dilating my eyes and if I wished to pay $40 extra they had a new procedure that gave the same results without dilation. I told her that I was here for eye surgery and not an eye exam. She asked me to take a seat. A young woman called my name and took me to a side area and asked me to take a seat behind an eye exam machine. When finished she took me to an eye exam private room. I told her I was there for surgery and did not want an eye exam. She stated that they could not do surgery that day and I said that was the reaso I came to their center. She told me to take a seat and that she would be right back. In about one minute she returned with a supervisor whom explained that surgery could not be done until I became a patient which meant I had to have a full eye exam. I explained that I did not want an eye exam and that I was very clear when making the appointment that I needed my tear duct cleared. Upon leaving, the supervisor said we needed to stop at the front desk to see if I owed anything. I explained that I did not receive any services and therefore did not know anything. Buyer Beware. This place will try to upsell services you do not need. I highly suggest you do not use any of their services and feel they are unethical.

Thanks to Marlene that has the personality to work with people. Very helpful in every thing she helps with. I have been seeing this Dr. for over 20 years, I will travel the extra mile to see him. He is awesome, and makes you feel comfortable. Thumbs up to the Dr. and to Marlene.

I like your customer service. And that I was able to accommodate my entire family for a check up. Dr. Monica Ramirez is very concern of her patients great job. Although I now have a concern for my daughther's sensitivity to recognize words. Hopefully they can help her.

If you're not going here for eye care, you should. Dr Hamashige takes the time and care needed to fit patients with contacts and glasses properly. He has a great personality and is extremely professional. Better still, he is great at his profession. I've been going to him for three years and won't go anywhere else.

I have gone to Buena Vista Eye Care for several years now. Dr. Monica Ramirez is very thorough and spends just enough time with her patients, never rushing through the process. The staff is always very professional and friendly.

Very rude ass ladies at the front!! They all need training and to get personalities !!! By far the worse place ever! I rather go to Walmart than to deal with these ladies! No good morning, nothing! It's sad to see a place where it seems everyone either brings their problems to work or don't like their jobs period!

I WENT TO THIS CLINIC BECAUSE I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY EYES AND AT FIRST I THOUGHT O,IM GONNA B HERE FOREVER,BUT IT WASNT LIKE THAT AT ALL,ALL THE PERSONEL IS COURTEOUS AND ATTENTIVE,VERY FEW MINUTES ON WAITING BEFORE THE DOCTOR SEE"S U AND WHEN THEY DO THEY DO IT IN A VERY WELCOME AND COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL WAY,FAST AND COMPLETE CHECK UP THEY ASK U QUESTIONS THEY ANSWER YOUR CONSERNS WHICH IS SOMETHING MOST DONT DO BUT THEY DO HERE,I WILL B COMNG BACK AND RECOMEND THEM TO ALL I KNOW WHEN THEY NEED GREAT SERVICE THEY WILL B COMING HERE TO BUENA VISTA EYE CARE CENTER
