Our office visit went smoothly. I would have like it if the young woman that was there greeted us, offered her name. More of a welcoming feeling. She was pleasant. And the Dr. didn't even introduce himself to either of us. Afterwards on the way home we both commented on the fact that neither even gave us their name? And they weren't that busy... Again, they were both very pleasant, we just notice this detail.

My glasses broke during the weekend I couldn't find anywhere available in Albuquerque to get an eye appointment and new glasses. I made some calls and found this location. Everything went well. The staff were very friendly and the appointment went smoothly.

This was a good experience working with the doctor and the lens fitting techs. I gave only 3 stars as their systems are clunky and as a result the information I provided on line was not available to the scheduling coordinator / intake person and I was required to provide the duplicate information on a hand written form before my exam.

I have VSP. Apparently you take my insurance but not from some employers?? Sounds like they knew ahead of time Meow Wolf is not one of the employers they take my insurance from. No one told me until it was time to pay. Even went as far as making me sit and wait while they "ran" my insurance only to tell me "oh yeah, we don't accept it if your employer is Meow Wolf". What is that? Manager couldn't even speak to me directly. Spoke to the employee about me, near me, rudely, but wouldn't even make eye contact. Such poor service. I am never EVER coming back. Clearly. Do better. Flag VSP patients. Give them a heads up. Run the insurance ahead of time. DONT REQUIRE ME TO PROVIDE SSN INFORMATION AHEAD OF TIME IF YOU ARENT GOING TO RUN MY INSURANCE TO MAKE SURE YOU TAKE IT.
