Dwight Thibodeaux, OD

Called today. Was hung up on twice. Tried a third time, being hopeful. The woman was extremely hateful on the phone. I have no idea why. I asked if they accepted Medicaid and ten year olds. The response was "Yes, but we're booked till august." Which is totally fine with me. My son's regular eye doctor is booked until end of September. I HAD TO ASK IF I COULD STILL BOOK AN APPOINTMENT!! She seemed very bothered by that. Left me on hold and never returned. I wouldn't suggest calling this eye doctor

The doctor and staff couldn't be any more friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They made time for me to come in immediately for an emergency and I was a first time patient. Dr. Thibodeaux came highly recommended and it's easy to understand why. What a pleasant experience! Many thanks to the entire team!

The staff is very professional and thorough in their assigned jobs. Dr. Thibodeaux has fitted me with contact lenses for the last few years. I have been very pleased with his fittings of my lenses. Not always something that I have experienced with previous eye doctors.

The staff is always friendly and relaxed. These folks help me relax as well. Dr. Thibodeaux is the best eye doctor I've had since I began to wear glasses forty years ago. He listens to my concerns as he does his exam. The practice gets five stars because I've never had a bad experience there.

I recently called for a check up as I was concerned about the beginning of some blurring in one eye. As usual the office staff was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. They had a cancellation the next day which they offered me. The office staff were still wearing masks which I appreciated. I had virtually no wait before the technician started the examination. He was quite professional and finished his part of the exam quickly. Dr. Thibodeaux came in promptly and as always was thorough, informative, professional but accessible and friendly and very open to answering my questions. I am very pleased with both the timeliness, professionalism, level of care I receive at Accent on Vision and would highly recommend them. Fran Salkin

Dr. Thibodeaux is the absolute best eye doctor. He is personable and professional, and appointments go very smoothly. My only complaint is that I never know how much I will be charged until the visit is over, and I am usually unpleasantly surprised. I wish the staff would be clearer about the services they will provide when checking in and give an estimate of the cost out of pocket. This is in no way a critique of the quality of optometry services. I highly recommend this doctor.

This practice is professional, efficient, courteous, impeccably clean and organized. Dr Thibodeaux was exceptional at explaining the results of the exam with ensuring that I fully understood everything. He also has great personal relation skills and comes across professional & compassionate.

Dr. Thibodeaux has been my optometrist for the past dozen years and I think he's great - very knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, attentive, caring - and it doesn't hurt that he has a wonderful sense of humor. The bottom line is that I trust him with my precious eyesight. And his staff treats me very well, also. All I can say is, "Thank you."
