An absolutely seamless and painless experience. I won't go into all of the details of what I needed because they are boring. The important part is that as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a genuinely friendly staff. I had an unusual repair request but they helped me anyway. In particular, Luis was super helpful, knowledgeable, skillful and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. Thank you, Luis! You all are a great team!
Walked in expecting to pick up prescription glasses that were ordered online. All the response Katherine gave me was that my order wasn't there and she couldn't help me and there was no one who could help me, she also said "I dont know why people dont just order it to their house, its so much easier"
I understand how it may be easier for her, but they take a week longer to arrive if they are being shipped to my house Kathy.
Overall TERRIBLE cuatomer service from both women who were there who could only discuss lunch, and did not try to help in any way.
Absolutely worst customer service i have experienced. I order glasses, the tracking number says it arrived a day before. Employees say they don't have it, can't do anything to find them, and can't contact anyone in their own company to help me. Just told me to call the online customer care. I was also informed that there is no manager to speak to or that works there.
And the automatic response to the 1-star reviews is less than helpful...Just another form to fill out where. I hope I can get a refund/my insurance benefits back since I cannot afford another pair of glasses
Brought in a pair of sunglasses that needed arm repairs/replacement and Jessica fixed them perfectly! What a sweetheart and great customer service. I'll definitely be back to this LensCrafters in the Santa Fe Place Mall for my future eyeglass needs!
I had the good fortune today to work with Leslie, who was outstanding in my experience of 55 years of working with opticians. Throughout our interaction, in all she said and did, Leslie clearly expressed her earnest interest and dedication to help me be successful in ordering great glasses, be completely satisfied with that purchase, then pleased living, working and playing in those glasses. Leslie worked hard to match lenses and frames with myself, my face, my life and my needs to arrive at a truly great fit, in several senses. Thanks for the help. I'll look forward to seeing you again.
We had the most comfortable and excellent experience we have ever had at an Optometrist office. Dr. Walker was professional, fast and caring. Luis at the desk was such a kind gentleman. I think we have found our favorite place to get our annuals. These two men were a breath of fresh air in this busy and difficult time. My mother and I will be recommending this office locally, wish it could be 10 stars!
This place was my go to place to get my glasses, but it went downhill.
They aren't cheap, so you expect to get what you pay for, unfortunately that's not gonna happen at this location.
By the way, after 2 month i was never able to get my glasses so i asked for my money back. i never got the full amount back.
Stay away. You have been warned.
This is unfortunately the worst LensCrafters shop I have ever had the misfortune of trying to get service from. This my third time visiting and it will be my last. I tried so many times because I am a big fan of LensCrafters; other places I received outstanding customer service. After being blown off for an appointment with the Santa Fe store, I flew back to Minnesota to get two pairs of prescription glasses and contacts at the Eden Prairie, MN. I am hoping I have better luck when I locate a LensCrafters in Albuquerque, but it would be a help to have the people in the Santa Fe store contact Eden Prairie, MN to learn what right looks like. Dear Santa Fe LensCrafters, please do better.
