I came in before my actual exam and was looking at frames, Shera helped me pick out a pair right away. so, when I came in with my prescription, I just gave Audra the item number and I was good to go. Audra was even very cheerful, helping me when the arrived, even going out of her way to help with adjusting my glasses.
