Dr Patel is our ophthalmologist and he is great with both my kids and me. He is quick and efficient, but has the time and patience to answer all our questions. Dr Andrea Kasshoff was calm and extremely patient when my kids wanted to transition to contacts. She also does my contact lens exams. We really like Albany Eye Associates!

I do not recommend this location for anyone on the spectrum especially children and young adults.They have kicked my special needs daughter with autism, major depressive disorder, anxiety for being nauseous and anxious to leave the house out of their practice. I am unable to predict when she has an episode. Now she is at risk for self-harm. And I called before the appt and denied I called when I called them back.

Albany Eye Associates is the best eye practice I have ever been to. At first I thought not, but with recent developments that they are going to attempt to Prior Authorize the medications I asked for- (instead of Restatis) I feel at ease, even with my dry eye being uncomfortable, painful, and just plainly put: an unbearable situation combined with my eye allergies and other atopic disease's that I have. Dr. Jordan Kassoff, MD is a really good personable doctor and an attentive eye specialist for dry eye disease. I recommend Albany Eye Associates to the people in the Albany area and surrounding communities that are in need of eye care and also to all my friend's and my family. Great job %!!! I am so glad to have received their help!

I didn't even make it in to office. The receptionist answering the phone was rude, nasty and talked condescending to me. I felt like I was bothering her and was an inconvenience that she had to speak to me. She proceeded to tell me I would hear from them in a week to schedule appt. NO THANKS! Found a place where the receptionist talked to me, listened and responded with kindness, caring and concern and made the appt right away for me accommodating my schedule. TERRIBLE impression.

Extremely satisfied with the way this practice is run. Was taken on time and the staff handled everything professionally and expeditiously. Dr. Grillo (first time seeing her) is calm, knowledgeable and efficient.

Polina was my technician very professional and knowledgeable, explained what she was doing. Very kind and easy to talk to. I loved the technology of the virtual visual field, it was so much easier and relaxing versus the older style ..Then I saw Dr. Andrea Kassoff, very sweet and professional, took time to explain her findings, I did not feel rushed at all. She also asked me if I had any questions for her. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and professional. My overall experience with Albany Eye Associates was a 10/10. Great job!

Very long wait time. I waited 2 months for this appointment and yet I come in and it is expected that I wait over an hour to be seen.

Incredible experience. You will absolutely be in the best hands possible. Efficiency is the key. The entire group runs like a well oiled clock. We commute from Bennington VT. Kind, caring, respectful and see you as an important individual with needs. This is just an amazing and unique medical practice. Unfortunately, twice I have encountered difficulty rescheduling. Once they cancelled on me because lenses were not ready. Understandable .I called to reschedule but the rude scheduler was lacking compassion and interpersonal skills. Twice she has treated me with an attitude. I wonder if she does this to everyone!? Everyone has things going on in their life to cause a bad day. Perhaps she needs to go back to classes to learn to treat people with respect and dignity.
