Great efficient staff during my exam and even helpful with choosing new frames. It was interesting getting a "remote" exam but Monica called me a day before explaining the process and as long as you don't have super tricky vision problems its pretty great. They take images and run tests and an optometrist goes over your results and then performs the prescription tests with lenses with you in a video chat and signs off on any script adjustments.

OMG Monica and Vita are beyond amazing. 2 fabulous women who were truly wonderful and really took care of my needs!! Picked up 1 of my 2 pairs of glasses. Very happy with them.

The place before I thought was great but after I got my glasses it broke in a week. Then it hurt my eyes (was told needed to get use to them and never did). When I tried my new glasses from BJs I felt like I saw better than I did with my new glasses from a few months before and it was the same prescription. Not to mention the service was amazing and I didn't feel rushed and everything was explained so I could make the best possible decision for myself.

Wonderfully friendly people who go above and beyond to help. I would recommend this location to anyone.

TDLR: convenient location and online scheduling BUT refused to give me my pupillary distance in my eyeglasses prescription to purchase cheaper glasses elsewhere. 2.5 stars would not recommend. The location is very convenient and the online scheduling tool is easy to use. The providers are virtual and they have all the latest technology. I felt the exam was thorough. I had a great experience with the tech assisting me, she was lovely. However, they refused to include my pupillary distance on my eyeglass prescription so I could purchase glasses elsewhere. The glasses selection was only okay, and I had just paid out of pocket for the exam and contacts. The woman at the front desk told me that they would not provide me with my pupillary distance because they would be liable if there was a mistake in the glasses I purchased elsewhere. Honestly, I don't believe that for a second. I think it was just a way to get me to purchase glasses at the BJ's. I was really turned off by this. The pupillary distance is part of the prescription and refusing to give it to me is wrong. I will not be returning for optometry services here again and I would not recommend anyone else to do so unless they wanted to purchase everything at the location.

Very impressed with the professional way Vita handled the process of getting my new glasses.
