Bad experience. Receptionist refused to make me an appointment even though I have a referral from an eye doctor saying I have a retina detachment and need to be seen NOW. Then my doctor's office called and they still wouldn't make the appointment because they're not an opthomalogist. Calling their office is an inconvenience for them. Extremely rude woman. Avoid at all costs.

I am experiencing symptoms of a detached retina and called this office to see if I could make an appointment as from what I'm reading this needs to be taken care of promptly. The receptionist told me too bad, I'm not a patient and they can't help me. I asked how I might become a patient and she said that I was going to have to find another doctor because at first she said they had no appointments today and then it turned into none this coming week. I expressed that I believed this was a medical emergency and could they recommend another doctor and she said that no they could not. In all fairness I am in my last day of isolation for covid and in no way expected to break my isolation but was hoping for an appointment as soon as I was allowed to go because I do not want to go blind. I feel strongly that this eye office just discriminated giving me services based on the fact that I have covid. Again--I was not asking to come in today but looking to get treatment as soon as I was able.

I never give 5 stars but Dr Wong and the entire staff are excellent beyond compare! Always accommodating and friendly. Never waited more than 15 minutes tops to be seen. De Wong is an excellent surgeon!

Had a follow up injury. I cannot speak more highly of this place and the staff. Just sitting in the waiting room and hearing how well they treat people is awesome. Great people.

Overall a great experience! The entire staff is welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Mike's knowledge and bedside manner is second to none.

They were able to get me in quickly for an emergency issue. Very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. And very friendly staff who helped make me feel at ease.
