When I called to schedule an appointment the lady on the phone was so rushed, and after I found a conflict in my schedule with the time she offered for the following day, I informed her, yet she was clearly annoyed that I was confirming the date of the offered appointment before requesting another day. She was visibly sarcastic repeating the day date and the fact that this date was tomorrow. She then told another associate audibly that she is about to tell me to go elsewhere. After I asked her if there was nothing between this week and next, she replied "No and you will not find one anywhere would you like to check elsewhere" when I said yes (as I was only looking for a quicker appointment than another appointment I had) She proceeded to Hang Up on me. I then decided to cancel my other family members appointment after this unacceptably rude behavior. When I called to share that I would like to cancel, I was told "very good", and again rushed to end the conversation. So sad that one person can ruin a potentially good experience for a family of 6! I do not wish to mention her name as people have bad days, but perhaps some customer training is in order. For us, we were loyal customers of another practice for years despite long waits before our insurance changed and had high hopes but will now look elsewhere.

My appointment was spent fully on the man's experience as a pilot, how piloting changed, how his kids did in school, how he decided to build his business. He was disturbingly unprofessional, taking up my entire appointment and charged me extra for things he did not get to because he ran out of time. Over 100$ for two seconds given to look at my eyes, and it shows in my glasses. They are the wrong prescription, my headaches persist, there is intense constant glare, and I will never be coming back. One star, I would not recommend this business to anyone.

An eyeware dream come true! A pleasant and helpful human being answered the phone: no need to listen to annoying self-promotions and/or tedious messages, or to select even a single option! Yay! Was able to get an appointment quickly: no having to wait a month or more to be seen! Yay again! And the owner himself picked up my glasses from the lab so I could get my glasses more quickly! Woo hoo! A delightful experience to be on the receiving end of such outstanding service. Almost made me wish I needed to buy new glasses more often. Highly recommend!!!

I've been coming to CJ Sabatini for 20+ years, my kids now see them as well. Lisa and Chris make the effort to get to know their clients and are always welcoming and friendly. The office is always clean. Wait time if any is minimal.

Ive come here for eyeglasses several times. I'm very happy with the service. My glasses are really cute. The price was lower than many other places too. Chris is so kind.

My 12 year old daughter was rushed through & when exam was done she said he kept sighing & acted very annoyed during exam. We took her back their 5 times telling him she can NOT SEE. The school nurse also did exam & said she was seeing at 40/ 20 in each eye his response was she does not know what shes talking about he damaged her eyes by prescribing wrong glasses. DO NOT take your kids here & if you did retake your exam else where.

With so many changes in getting glasses in this post pandemic time it was refreshing to find optician that guided me not selling me the glasses that I needed. The minute I put on my glasses the difference was very apparent that I had found the right optician.

I recently went to CJ Sabatini to have my glasses adjusted. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, I will definitely be going back for all of my eye care needs!
